The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly and romantic accomodation. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture and courtyard.

Starigrad-Paklenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 80 m). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
