Ho avuto un esperienza negativa la sera del check-in (un incidente) e sebbene la ragazza alla reception inizialmente abbia snobbato la mia richiesta di aiuto (probabilmente non capiva bene cosa le dicevo in inglese) ha poi provveduto a farmi chiamare da una collega che parla italiano, tutto si è risolto per il meglio e mi hanno pure aiutato la mattina seguente per trovare un'officina per l'auto.
