Living Room: Relax on the comfortable couch furnished with a beautiful smart 4K 55" TV equipped with built-in Roku so you can ensure that you are caught on all of your favorite movies and TV shows. Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee station (coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar), a full spice rack, knives, a dishwasher, and all the appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation. Please note there is no access to the kitchen pantry. However, there are empty cabinets to store food! Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your convenience. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom w/ ensuite has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large 4K Roku TV for all your streaming needs. Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with 32' smart TV. Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed to make sure everyone has a place to sleep with 32' smart TV. Bedroom 4: The fourth guest bedroom as a comfortable queen-sized bed with 32' smart TV. Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a full shower, is fully stocked with salon-grade shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Dark make-up washcloths are present for your convenience. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. WiFi: Very fast High-Speed WiFi is available throughout. Backyard: Relax under the sun, or watch the kids run around the fenced large, open backyard. There is also a large common area close to the house that anyone is welcome to use! Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Two cars may fit in the garage and there is also street parking available in front of the house. \~Restrictions\~ • We do not rent to groups under the age of 25 • Parties are not allowed • No pets allowed You have access to the entire property and common areas throughout the subdivision You will have access to the entire home. I live a short 20 minutes away so if anything is to come up guests can call anytime. Star has so much to offer. This up-and-coming residential area of Nampa is quiet, yet close to almost everything you could want/need. Down the street, you will find some of your favorite places to shop such as Albertsons, Target, bed bath and beyond, JC Penny, Costco and so much more. You are only a quick 30 minutes to the Boise Airport, and 20 minutes to downtown Star. The best and easiest form of transportation is with a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft. Very comfortable and quite neighborhood. We enjoy are stay here. My only complaint is that the house was too cold and we couldn't adjust the thermostat it was lock to for warmer temperature , also the some of the blankets seems to have some stain on it and smell dirty. . We had a late check in which was made very simple with the keypad self check in. The lights were left on and the home was warmed for us. There are four bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. My back is picky so that says a lot. Sheets were super soft. Plenty of towels and extra pillows or linens if needed. Washer & dryer were great. There are TVs in the living room and every bedroom with Roku TV options. The kitchen has a fridge with water and ice and there were tea, coffee, and cream and sugar. Every utensil or cooking gadget you might need available. Shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash are provided as well. Lovely quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Eagle, Middleton, and Meridian. And a quick 30 mins to the airport. The grocery store just down the street and is new, huge, and has everything you need. A couple of chairs in the yard to sit and enjoy the outdoor backyard space is all I wished was there. Other than that, completely wonderful stay and I would highly recommend! ##### Tammy K. This is a very beautiful and spacious home to stay in. It fit my family perfectly while we were in town for baseball tournaments. I would recommend this place and the host to anyone that is looking at renting this location. We had a wonderful all around experience renting this property! The home is beautiful, clean, roomy and very comfortable. Bryce was easy to communicate with and the check in/check out process was straight forward and easy. Being able to park in the garage was a bonus! Our group of 9 fit very comfortably. It would be very tight with 14...the listed queen bed in the one room is an inflatable mattress (which we did not need), but it was a nice bonus to have the pack and play provided. The location is also great with many stores and restaurants nearby. I would stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation! ##### Jewal C.
