"Clean but dated rooms. Staff is ok just do the bare minimum. Staff at the food service is awful. They complain about other guests openly. Front desk ( Kevin is useless) not much help on information. Got more from guests. There is a free trolley line right next to the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas are at a fee. pool side get there early. The chicken tenders are amazing!! Patty the cleaning woman was the most helpful and always a smile on her face. Always happy to help or give a good tip / info. Have her at the front desk . "

"We had an outstanding visit to Hilton Head. The house was very clean and well equipped. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do on our stay."

"We loved the location and the house. Deer Island is a very unique place on Hilton Head in a pine and palmetto forest where the deer come out to forage in the evening but within easy walking distance to Harbour Town. The house was like being in a treehouse looking out into the forest. Everything in the house was clean and well furnished. A great way to enjoy Hilton Head without being in the typical row of condos."
