Our furnished apartments are brand new and one of a kind in Stamford. We chose our interior decorations to be modern, yet simple, to provide our guests exactly what they need for their stay. The house is quiet, organized, and kept to a high standard—ideal for guests who want a comfortable, low-stress, easy stay.
Please note: This apartment is located inside a building with 6 total units. Your apartment is completely private, but some normal building noise from neighboring units may occasionally be heard.
FAQ 1. Do you take long term guests? Yes we do! We have people staying from 3 weeks up to a year or longer.

5. Is there laundry on site? Yes, there is a washer and dryer located in the closet in the common area kitchen
PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and all animals and recognize their importance to our families. That being said, the property cannot accommodate any pets at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: ✽ Unit is up one floor of stairs ✽ There is only one designated parking space for you and only one car can park ✽ A commuter train does run behind the property throughout the daytime, but the noise is very minimal similar to a truck driving by. ✽ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
Parking Notice: Two of our units do not include an assigned parking space and must park on the street. If you are staying in one of those units, you will receive specific parking instructions before arrival.
Parking in another unit’s assigned space is not permitted and will result in a $100 violation fee per occurrence.
Just a quick but important note about the heating system: The home is heated and cooled by the wall-mounted mini splits, and each unit has its own remote. Because they’re all connected to the same system, they must be set to the same mode in order to work properly.
When it’s winter, all units need to stay in HEAT mode. Please do not switch any unit into COOL or air-conditioning mode. If one unit is set to cooling while the others are on heat, the system can shut down and no one will have heat.

Guests have access to the shared kitchen with basic cooking essentials, as well as the on-site laundry area.
Safety Features: Our building is equipped with a comprehensive sprinkler system. Our building also has a state of the art fire alarm system and is centrally monitored by Protection One security system. We are hotel building code compliant with the city of Stamford. There are four buildings/houses at the property. We are building #3. Building #1 is the closest to the street. You will see number 3 on the main entrance door of the building. There is a keypad lock in the main entrance door that you will need to open up, then you’re gonna walk a couple of steps to the right and then on your left is the stairs to go up. You will need to walk up one floor of stairs and unit 4 is on the right.
Please note: There are a total of 6 units inside the building. Your apartment is completely private, but some normal building noise from neighboring units may occasionally be heard.
HERE ARE THE HOUSE RULES AND GUIDELINES:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-ins are any time after 4:00 pm and Check-outs are by 11:00am.
EARLY CHECK-INS: We understand that early check-ins can be convenient, allowing you to settle in sooner and make the most of your time in our house. We assume you would want an early check-in, so you don`t have to ask. However, please kindly note that early check-ins are subject to the availability of our cleaning team and the time required to prepare the house to meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort for every guest. Additional fees apply for early check-ins.
While we can`t promise an early check-in at this moment, we can guarantee that we will make every effort to accommodate your request if the house is ready before the standard check-in time. Rest assured that we will inform you about the possibility of an early check-in on the day of your check-in date. We assume you prefer an early check-in, SO THERE IS NO NEED TO REQUEST ONE, as we will automatically let you know on the day you check in.
If you are driving a long distance and are hoping to check in early, we would suggest planning to arrive in the area early enough that once the cabin is ready, we can let you know that you are close enough to take advantage of the early check-in. You could do some grocery shopping or grab some lunch while waiting for us to let you know.
LATE CHECK-OUTS: We understand the desire for a late check-out and provide you with some extra time to relax and enjoy our lovely house. As hosts, we always strive to accommodate our guests` preferences whenever possible.
Our ability to extend a late checkout will depend on whether a guest is checking in on the same day that you are checking out. If a guest is checking in later that day, then we need to give our cleaner adequate time to get the house cleaned and prepared. We recommend checking in with us the evening before your reservation ends to see if a late checkout is possible. Additional fees apply for late check-outs.
Deadline: Please message us by 10:00 PM the night before. After that, our cleaners may be offline and we can’t confirm availability. • Morning-of requests can’t be accommodated. It’s too late to adjust schedules on the day of checkout. • Approval depends on our cleaning team and incoming reservations. If you don’t receive written confirmation from us, your original checkout time still applies.
MAX OCCUPANCY: There is a maximum occupancy of 2 OVERNIGHT guests.
PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and all animals and recognize their importance to our families. That being said, the property cannot accommodate any pets at this time.
PARKING: Your designating parking space is parking spot # 7. Kindly take note that you can only park one car so please send your license plate.
NO SMOKING: NO SMOKING/VAPING INDOORS IN ANY AREA OF THE HOME INCLUDING AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. Please don`t throw any cigarette butts on the ground and instead dispose of them properly in the trash. We will have to charge an extra fee for picking up cigarette butts thrown on the ground. We have special devices in the unit that can pick up smoke and will notify us.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not have e-charger plug-ins for cars and do not permit anyone to plug anything into any of the outside outlets. If you do use the outdoor plugs, you will be charged a $300 fee.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There are security cameras actively recording video and audio on the main entrance and private unit 1 entrance, and can see if excessive people (or pets) outside your registered group come to the unit. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. Please Note that if anybody covers the security cameras, a fee of $500 will be applied.
Door Lock & Security Information: We don’t have deadbolt string locks on the inside of the doors.The lock itself is a secure deadbolt, and no one else has access to your unique code.
Quiet Hours & Shared Space Guidelines To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
During this time, use of the shared kitchen is not permitted.
Because this is a shared building, sound can travel easily—especially from the kitchen area, which is located near guest units. Late-night kitchen use (including cooking, dishes, and general activity) can be disruptive to others who are resting.
We also ask that guests be mindful when moving throughout the property. Please walk lightly on stairs, and open and close doors gently, as noise can carry—especially during quiet hours.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a quiet, respectful environment for everyone.
GARBAGE: If you need to take out the trash, please make sure the bag is tightly secured and place it in one of the garbage bins located outside on the left side of the apartment. When you exit the apartment, turn left, then turn left again, and you’ll see the garbage bins. Our cleaner takes the trash out to the street once a week, so if you don’t see the bins in that spot, they may be at the curb.
TVS:We have 2 smart TVs. One 50 inch TV in the living room and one 40 inch TV in the bedroom which has all the standard streaming apps. Please bring your own login for streaming services and remember to log out prior to check out. The apartment is not equipped with cable TV and has no channels.
Please Note: If you log into your personal Netflix account during your stay, please ensure you log out before your departure. We will not be able to log them out afterward. As a result, other guests may inadvertently use your account.
