Through into the bright sociable sitting room is a large comfy C shaped sofa (contains a double sofa bed) that embraces beautiful large stone fire place with a working log burner for a cosy winter evening, while watching the TV or playing board games.

The garden to the rear is enclosure and secure, half patio and lawn ready to collect all the morning sun with plenty of seating.

The front garden basks in the evening sun, surrounded by beautiful scented roses. So sit back and relax while enjoying the passing and goings of village life.
