The apartments have 2-3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living-dining room, with a high-quality Nobilia fitted kitchen with built-in appliances such as: dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob and a large fridge. The kitchen also has extensive equipment. The dining area is furnished with a large table and leather upholstered chairs, the living area with a comfortable leather couch and flat-screen TV. There is underfloor heating in all rooms, which is fed by geothermal energy. The property has its own well. The apartments are newly furnished and will be opened as a holiday home in January 2014\. The holiday farm includes a relaxation area with a sauna, two donkeys and a children's playground. On 70 square meters, the apartment with two bedrooms for 4 people, living and dining area and a large bathroom is ideal as a family home. The separate garden terrace can be reached via floor-to-ceiling patio doors from the living area as well as directly from the bedroom, with the comfortable seating areas on the meadows and the wide view of the mountains and valley of the Eifel. Mooi appartement op de bg met mooi uitzicht, helaas ook windmolens in de verte Appartement was keurig schoon. Aandacht besteed aan kleine dingen zoals fruit, koffie etc aanwezig bij aankomst. Verse bloemen op tafel. Klein speeltuintje voor voornml kleine kinderen in een mooie grote gemeenschappelijke tuin. Ook gemeenschappelijke sauna aanwezig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Panoramablick über das weite Land hat uns jeden Morgen gute Laune beschert. Entspannt ging es dann in der hauseigenen Sauna weiter, die über den Aufenthaltsraum bequem zu erreichen war. Die Grillhütte war unser persönliches Highlight, wo wir abends "gekickert" haben. Außerdem läd die Umgebung super zum erkunden ein! Neben Wandern, joggen oder spazieren, gibt es ausgezeichnete Restaurants, Cafes (leckeren Kuchen!!) und Kneipen. Es erwartet einen ein wunderschöner Ausblick ins Grüne und eine tolle Außenanlage. Die Appartements sind mit Liebe eingerichtet, sodass man sich rund um die Uhr wohlfühlen kann. Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna lädt zum Relaxen ein. Es ist immer wieder schön dort zu sein. Alle drei Wohnungen laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnungen sind liebevoll eingerichtet und machen einen super tollen Eindruck ohne Kompromisse. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr positiv, so bekamen wir nicht nur die Empfehlung mit unseren Kleinen nach Prüm in die Wolfsschlucht zum Schlitten fahren zu gehen, auch die Schlitten wurden uns von den Vermietern kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
