"This was the most magnificent hotel I have ever stayed. It felt like a palace. Has excellent rooms and dining and drinking options. The pool area is very nice. "It's as though they run out of money with silly things like glass doors for the washroom and unnecessarily expensive light fittings to even think of the basic necessities such as a kettle, bin, wardrobe railings or even a single clothes hanger. The hosts told us the only way to contact them was through a WhatsApp number but half the time they never answered or replied. Looks good the photos but really unprepared for daily "living" for long or short stays."

"Wonderful staff who make you feel at home. Local place in an amazing former Ambassador's house with history and culture. Bit out of the way but quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden and pool. Not for the business traveler who wants a 24 hour service, gym and bar, but great for couples, small family, and end of long trip repose. Moroccan food is fantastic!"

"This hotel is located at a quiet, residential area and is easy to access with metro. While it was clean, the staff was nowhere to be found most of the day Sunday, with guests waiting with their luggages for hours. The towels were old and grey, I had to ask three times to get a second set (if I could find the receptionist). It is more like a student hostel than a hotel. Seems like converted from an apartment, not worth the $$"
