Beautifully landscaped property. Clean, but room for improvement. Cobwebs everywhere. Lots of plates and glasses, but only 7 mugs, most of which were either badly chipped or cracked. Bbq was filthy, apparently hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. A manual explaining how to use the Aga stove would have been helpful. And our inability to control the heat temp locally (it was controlled remotely by the property manager) led to us being too hot on some days, and too cold on others. Many lights had burned out lightbulbs, or simply didn’t work. And the skylight near the ensuite bathrooms leaked during heavy rain. All of these issues would be very easy to correct and, once done, this would be an excellent rental property.
