The condo was perfect for us. It was comfy and has a mesmerizing view. The location is within a short walk to three restaurants, a beach with good snorkling, a lovely pool, and the marina (where we met the boat for a St. John snorkling tour). While they said they had snorkeling equipment a lot of it was broken. Other than that absolutely perfect, the location can't be beat ##### becca h. We loved it. The condo itself is older, you have what you need and nothing more. We would have enjoyed a more firm mattress. Since checkout is early but our flight was in the evening, baggage is an issue as there is no lobby. Carting it up and down stairs was also a challenge for us, so pack lightly!! Owner was available via text to troubleshoot internet issues. We hope to come back. Overall, very pleased with this property and had a wonderful and memborable stay there. The only problem we had was 3 days with frequent and long power outages. This is no fault to the host it’s an island thing. I wanted to mention it was helpful to bring one of those little power blocks to charge our phones so we could use the flash lights. We just charged the power block when the power was on. The last few days of our trip we had no power outages. This in no way hindered our time at this property, We will definitely be back! ##### Gary C. The location is unbeatable, we woke up every morning to the sunrise off the coast, and the beach area in front of the condo was quiet and so relaxing. We rented a car for the week and it was a quick drive to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. Only issues I had: 1) queen bed slopes to middle, not very comfortable, and 2) owners next door are smoking frequently, but after security asked them to not smoke on the porch they made attempts to move away when smoking. ##### James O. We do intend to stay there again. The only negative we encountered was a transformer blew so the last 15 hours of our stay were without power or A/C. Totally not Gregg's fault. He was great to work with. The condo was in the best location on the beach and we had a great time. We had many meals out on the patio enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. ##### Karen W. The bar and new restaurant were new to us…the area gets a lot of day trippers from the cruise ships…we were able to get beach chair,loungers,every day,in a great location,but you have to know how to get this done…at night ,all is quiet….the general population is pretty well mixed from older,like us,to long term or owners,families with kids,and middle aged first timers…all pretty well mannered…appropriate dress was swim suit ,sandals and some type of cover up.
