All of our clothes smell, as do our bags and everything else. This was very hard to get past, and really reflected on our overall review of the resort. The restaurant was ok, expensive for what you get. We took the quick 10 minute walk to Louie's Market to pick up some snacks and supplies, along with some really good good from the attached deli. This was far more cost effective than eating every meal at the hotel resturant. We also had a meal at Sun & Sea Bar & Grill, which is a quick 5 minute walk down the beach from the resort. While it had somewhat of a dive appearance, the tables are right on the water and the food and staff were excellent. I would highly recommend visiting this place for at least one meal. The two pools were nice and the kids enjoyed swimming. There were lots of loungers, plenty free most of the time. There were some things that definitely felt like deferred maintenance, especially related to the storm clean-up. But overall the resort itself was very nice and gave us plenty of things to do for the few days that we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering golf cart rides to our room up the hill, and helping to handle our baggage. We enjoyed our stay, except for the horrible smell in the room."
