### Island time on Sapphire Beach- Paradise!
Crystal Cove is situated on Sapphire Beach (best view on island overlooking St. John and the BVIs). This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for 5/6 people. King size bed in primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There are two murphy beds in living room and another full bathroom. BOTH BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN/LIVING AREA RECENTLY FULLY RENOVATED. Open kitchen and living room with views of the ocean. Seating for 4 at kitchen counter. Additional stool in closet and desk chair available for additional seating for 1-2 people. Private backyard sitting area with tropical feel and grill. Beach chairs are on site and the condo complex has a large pool and 2 tennis courts and 2 pickle ball courts. There is also a walking path around the pond. Exterior of beachside has been fully renovated with new windows and doors.
The condo location is PERFECT- there is a beach bar on site with tropical drinks and yummy food- excellent fish tacos, burgers, salad, chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese, etc. The pizza restaurant Paradise Pie is on site and serves up delicious pizzas and wings. Sea Salt is an upscale restaurant with a variety of gourmet dishes above the pizza place. Every Sunday there is live music at the beach bar. There is a coffee and ice cream shop on site and a boutique, Naia's for great souvenirs. Sudi's restaurant is a short walk away. The Sapphire marina has lots of options for day trips, jet skiing, and parasailing. Red Hook is less than a mile away with tons of food, entertainment, and shopping options. The ferry to St. John and the bvis is located in Red Hook, making it an easy day trip!
\*There are 5 beach chair tags, tags are needed to show beach attendant you are staying here and get a free chair. If beach tag is lost/not returned, there is a $50 fee per tag.
\*Property has exterior Ring cameras in the front and backyard for security. Don’t touch Ring cameras.
\*The beach during certain times of the year has sargassum which the condo complex actively cleans up every day. There are no refunds for sargassum grass.

#### Overnight in STT
We had a quick overnight on St. Thomas and this location was perfect- very close to Red Hook for the ferry, taxis easily obtained at taxi station. Nice comfortable condo with a very short walk to the beach and multiple great onsite/resort food and beverage options! Chairs at the beach for use and a great bay to swim in!

Loved our stay. Condo was great clean great location. Loved the beach bar pizza live music the cafe. Loved the roosters in the morning all the chickens and iguanas. Condo had everything we needed. Lindsay was very responsive. So sad to leave. Going home to sell everything and move to the island!!!

Excellent. Clean. Walk to the beach where a lounger waits for you in 3-5 minutes, depending which end of the beach you prefer. The coach is comfy. We didn’t cook much but did notice the pans are pretty scratched up. Some family members thought the beds were soft but I thought it was perfect. Loads of ice trays, showers gave good pressure. Really excellent.
