Renovated/new condo-Walk to Beach, Marina, Pools. Red Hook, Ferry, Bars near by!

  • This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Great location with beautiful view. Raliegh gave great tips on what to do. We rented a dingy right out of the marina to go to St. John’s beaches . It was a highlight.

This room was absolutely perfect for my stay in St Thomas. It had everything I needed and was convenient to all the places I had to visit during my stay. A short walk to the beach, plenty of very good on site restaurants, nice pools, incredible views every day. As far as the room the bed was comfortable. It had a nice big TV, small kitchen with big frig, blender and Pod Coffee maker. I liked that they even supplied snorkeling gear, coolers, beach chairs, sunscreen lotion, bug spray, aloe and beach towels. It was so close to Red Hook where there was a bunch of great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!

The condo was well stocked! He provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals with and included vegetable oil and seasonings. As my first time renting from Vrbo I wasn’t expecting to be this well taken care of. The condo is beautiful and smelled great every day of my trip. I appreciate the efforts Raleigh made for this condo as a first time visitor to this island. He is responsive at any hour any day, I would definitely recommend booking with him to anyone

Good area, the property was exactly as described. Do be prepared to walk up hills if you do walk to the beach, it is a bit hill-y. Sudi's restaurant is great and a short 2 minute walk to the stay and the beach is around a 10 minute walk. Red hook is a short drive as well. When booking excursions it was a convenient place to stay in, easy access to taxi's down by Sapphire Beach as well.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is cozy and the location is really great. Sapphire beach is nice and you can even walk to Red Hook which is a massive bonus. Raleigh is very good at communicating and has a car to rent if you need one. Would rent again.

Wonderful Stay!

We were looking for somewhere to stay for our first night on the island before taking the car ferry to St. John for the week. This location was perfect for us with the ferry being only 3 minutes away. The complex itself was so convenient with a wonderful poolside restaurant only steps away. We also enjoyed walking through the marina and hanging out on Sapphire Beach and trying those restaurants. Our stay here was the perfect kick off to our vacation week. Thank you!

Loved how close this was to everything and especially to the ferry!! It was a cute place to stay at and the view was really nice. I loved that there was sunscreen and bug spray incase we didn’t bring any. The restaurant on the property was very good and convenient. I would definitely stay here in the future.
