"Very clean"

"The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Fully stocked minibar and fridge. However, our room did not have hot water and asked if it was corrected twice and it was faulted to be not corrected. Also, one of the groundskeeper made a derogatory comment on our way out. Overall, it’s a nice place but it doesn’t deserve the “excellent” rating it has on this app. "

"Clean room; spacious if you’re in a suite. Great views. Overall it feels like the property could use a serious update. I also would suggest having more outside lights in the hallways leading to rooms for nighttime arrivals. It it rather dark and since the building is open air/accessible- safety is a concern. "

"We were only in town for one night but cannot wait to come back to this hotel! It is so beautiful and quaint, tucked away but still close to things. The staff was very kind, the rooms were clean and for being at a higher capacity everything was very quiet. "

"Parking was plenty. Staff were very accommodating especially the housekeeping team. The sink was clogged and the TV was on gaming mode. We had to get our grandson to fix it 😂. "
