Property was great, rooms renovated nicely, beds were comfortable, ponds and marsh views were great- my son caught a redfish in one of the back ponds by the marsh!
Lady checking us in wasn’t super friendly, seemed annoyed that we were there, but other than that everything was fine.

The hotel resort was great we was close to the marsh side didnt like the smell that cane off of it other than that it was great

Nice and tranquil. Beautiful room. With the exception of one staff member, they were cold and unfriendly. No one attended to my room during my 4-night stay, despite my request. I could hear the guest upstairs too well, especially late at night. Water pooled on my balcony, so I couldn’t enjoy it. Checkout was unorganized.

Restaurant for dinner was exceptional. Staff was excellent and attended to all our needs. However, wish we could have obtained a regular breakfast on Sunday instead of the brunch option. We did not stay for brunch and located another place for breakfast.

The property was perfect for my needs
I appreciate the easy of booking on Expedia, but was surprised no one answered me when I noticed the price had been reduced, so I was over charged by more than $80. Not likely to use Expedia again
Loved the views of the marshes from our room! Very updated and clean. Only one complaint- floors above very loud- could hear most footsteps/closing of doors.

Exceptioal! The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spotless, the restaurant was very good.
The only problem: The key card didn't always work and had to be reprogrammed a couple of times. Would definitely come back.
My stay at sea palm was peaceful but the bathroom shower wasnt clean and the towel handle was broken. I should of took pictures because they might try to keep my 120 fee, and blame it on me.
