Sandy Tails - 5 bedrooms/2 min to beach!

This amazing 5 bed 3.5 bath condo in Demere Landing is in the most amazing location on St. Simons. New to the rental market....you are just .5 miles to beach access, a 2 minute walk to the community pool and 5 minute driving distance to pier village, Redfern village and the SSI airport. Fiddlers, The Crab Trap and Crabdaddy's are all within walking distance. If you want cocktails looking at the water, the King and Prince is also within walking distance.

The home has an elevator so if you have a family member that can't climb the stairs...no worries! The elevator is also convenient for all your luggage, groceries and pool gear.

Parking is first come/first serve in front of the building or in the private garage for the unit which is accessed in back.

While the location is one of the best features, the interior of this condo is amazing. You have 5 bedrooms available for larger families; 1 King bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 full bedrooms and a twin bunkbed room. There are smart TVs throughout the home for your streaming use. The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a gourmet meal including a drip coffee make and a Keurig. Everything is tastefully decorated with "beachy" attire.

Hopefully most of your time is spent enjoying the beach, pool, Neptune Splash pad and all the local amenities but if you have to stay inside, the home has lots for your entertainment. Board games galore...tv...and plenty of space for the kiddos to lounge around.

If your stay is between April 1 and September 1, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.

Important Items to Note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

The individual that books that home must be 25 or older. The person that books the home must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay.

Trailers, Boats and other commercial vehicles may not be allowed on the property. Please inquire with us if you are unsure if your vehicle would qualify to be parked on-site.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

The home has multiple amenities for those with younger children, as well. There are 2 pack n plays, kid's cutlery and plates, a folding table kids can dine at and a blow up toddler mattress. Strollers are also available for your stay for $15 if you give us 1 day heads up.

Up to 2 small dogs (under 30lbs) are allowed with a pet fee.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

Strollers are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

House Rules:

Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quiet hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.

Property is newly renovated and beautiful. Very roomy for our crew of four adults. Four levels including the ground level which is a garage. The garage is an added bonus, avoiding trying to find parking in a busy condo complex. Elevator is handy and services all floors including garage. Kitchen and bathrooms (3-1/2) are well stocked with everythig you need. TV in every room with ROKU and streaming available. Will be staying here again on our next trip to St. Simons.
