The hotel is older, and while the beachfront location is nice, the balcony AC units were very loud and made it difficult to relax or hear the ocean. The beach you would have been instructed by bushes, poo area etc, however my room was still not ready at 4:30p so I asked for another room and was given a room with clear view but no lanai.
