Enjoy a one-bedroom Bermuda Bay condo for two with a king bed, screened patio, gas grill and full kitchen. In-unit laundry and a Smart TV make longer stays easier, while shared community amenities include bay-beach access, a pool, hot tub, putting green and tennis/pickleball courts. The living-room sleeper sofa provides flexible sleeping within the two-person limit. Assigned parking requires the existing $100 vehicle registration fee per car, per stay, paid to the HOA before arrival. No pets.

ONE BEDROOM, MAXIMUM TWO GUESTS
The condo has a king bedroom and a living-room sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy remains two, including any use of the sleeper sofa. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower with a visible rail and built-in bench. Linens, towels and starter toiletries are provided.

PRIVATE CONDO & SCREENED PATIO
Relax in the sectional-seated living room with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fan, or on the covered screened patio with outdoor dining and gas grill. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Keurig/drip coffee makers, cookware and dishes. A washer and dryer are inside the condo.

SHARED BERMUDA BAY RECREATION
Community amenities include bay/harbor access, a shared bay beach, pool, hot tub, putting green and tennis/pickleball courts. These spaces are shared and HOA-controlled; availability may vary, and the existing terms do not provide refunds for amenity closures. Gulf beaches, downtown St. Petersburg and other outings are reached by car. The screened patio faces community landscaping rather than an unobstructed water panorama.

PAID PARKING & ARRIVAL
Assigned parking requires the existing $100 vehicle-registration fee per car for the stay, charged by the HOA and paid before arrival for parking authorization. No pets. The booking guest must be at least 25 and complete the digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie online before arrival; these requirements cannot be completed in person. IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
- Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home's contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

- Grill & Propane: A propane grill is available for guest use. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If a refill or exchange is needed, guests may purchase one, and we'll reimburse the cost of one refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.

- Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Florida's warm climate means occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation are not provided for occasional pest sightings.

- Florida Weather & Hurricane Season: Hurricane season typically runs July-November, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Severe weather and other weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We'll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. This home includes an in-unit washer and dryer for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby grocery and convenience stores are available for additional necessities.

- Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before every stay.

- Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.

Security Deposit for Booking Extensions: A security deposit is required for all booking extensions and must be paid before approval. The deposit is refundable after checkout, subject to applicable deductions for damages or additional charges.
