I requested a handicaped room and got it. However the bathroom had a tub and not a walk-in shower. Did have mulitple handrails, but had to have help getting in and out. Front desk very helpful and pleasant. Room was older with light fixtures showing rust on metal. Also had to have housekeeping come in and clean out all the dresser drawers as had mold in them,,due to humidty. Had nice size fridge and stove top electric. However, no dishes were available to use. Room floor needed mopped as we had very dirty socks walking across it. Had parking in front of room which was nice. Great area with lots of resturants nearby and shopping. Stayed there 6 days.

The staff was rude and told me she wasn’t even sure they had availability even though my room was booked and paid for. She didn’t even check my booking at that time . The room was missing the blankets and towels and there was no cooking utensils like advertised on the website when I booked the room. Night staff was nice and was able to bring us the blankets and towels. I’ve stayed at stay America many times before in different locations and never experienced this . So I was extremely disappointed to say the least . The manager at this location needs to fix the staff issue and the lack of care in making sure the rooms have all the necessary amenities

The floor was so sticky it sounded like the soles of my shoes were going to rip off. Not sticky enough to trap the roaches though! The first 2 floors smelled like a nursing home, the top 2 floors smelled like a factory for Goya foods. Was fairly quiet and the bathroom was clean though. Pimple patches stuck to the wall were a nice artful touch.
