Cross the road and within minutes you can sink your feet into the sand and soak up the sunshine at Indian Rocks Beach. It has a closet full of all the beach necessities! Load it in the beach wagon and off you go! Water view #407 has everything you'll need. The kitchen and dining room open up to a spacious living area where everyone can relax while hanging out inside. Friends and family can gather while making dinner and watching a movie. The master bedroom is furnished with a beach flare and ocean colors, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a tub/shower combination, and a private entrance to the balcony. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to prepare meals for the family! Fridge/freezer (\*no ice maker), stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, and blender. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available. Dining Area: The farm-style dining table comfortably seats 6 and offers a nice venue for family game night with an assortment of games that are also provided for your stay. Living Room: The spacious living room has 2 sliding doors accessing both balconies. Kick back and relax on the couch, loveseat, or the Anchors Away chair which are all positioned in front of a massive 65” television. Bedroom #1: The master bedroom is furnished with a beach flair and ocean colors and offers a King-size bed, a 40" Roku TV, an en suite bathroom, and your own private entrance to the balcony which overlooks the mesmerizing intercoastal waters, the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity and a tub/shower combination Bedroom #2: Also decorated with a beach theme and furnished with a Queen-size bed alongside a twin-over-twin bunk bed, wall-mounted TV, and features a Jack and Jill door to the 2nd bathroom. This bedroom also offers its own balcony entrance overlooking the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Bathroom #2: Single vanity and walk-in shower. No tub. Laundry Closet: Full-size washer and dryer. Beach Closet: Stocked with beach chairs, pool towels, an umbrella, a cooler, and a beach cart to help tote your things to the beach. Outdoor Amenities: Large heated pool, a hot tub, shared B.B.Q., and intercoastal fishing pier. \*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 4th floor. \-- Important Information House Rules: 1\. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2\. No parties or events. 3\. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4\. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5\. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit. Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied. Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided. Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis, located at the front of the building by the road. \-- Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. We really enjoyed our time at Waterview 407\. The condo was clean and very spacious. I liked that our building was farther away from Gulf Blvd, making it feel more private. We enjoyed the beach while using the chairs, cooler, beach towels and boogie boards provided. The beach access is directly across the street, which was amazing! The beds were very comfortable, although the fitted sheet could be a little bigger, as it kept coming off the mattress. The pool/hot tub was a fun activity for after the sunset... and luckily was not too busy when we were using it. The communication between myself and company that owns this condo was great and very attentive. I am an early riser, so I used the private dock each morning where I was blessed to see manatee, dolphins and other animals every day. We made wonderful memories here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. ##### Stephanie R. It has a dock to fish from which my grandchildren enjoyed very much. The swimming pool was clean and never overly crowded, which we also enjoyed. We like having a washer and dryer in the unit. The dishwasher did stop working our last day in the unit, but not a big problem, able to hand wash the few dishes we had used. We had plenty of space in the unit for my daughter and two grandchildren, everyone had their own bed. We would recommend adding a few more small pots in the kitchen, there was only the dutch oven and we needed a small pot to cook macaroni and cheese in, we did make do we what we had available to use. We did a dolphin cruise from Clearwater and enjoyed our outing. We had crab legs at PJ's and the food was very good. We also like Crabby Bill's, Vampire Penguin for flavored shaved ice and ice cream, and Haze ice cream. ##### Kay S. Large bedrooms, each with their own balcony, open common space with all the amenities you need. Wagon to take your all beach chairs, towels, toys and cooler to the beach which is accessed right across the street from the condo parking lot. Restaurants within walking distance. John's Pass and grocery stores all within a 10-15 minute drive. The heated pool and hot tub is nice for those cooler days. We liked this place so much we have already booked for next year! ##### Bev S. Unit is freshly painted, but some stale smoke smell remains-deodorizers placed throughout unit. Great location, nicely stocked, decorated and furnished. This condo was fabulous! It was so clean and roomy. The floor plan was very open and there was plenty of room for all of us. The walk to the beach was so easy. And there was more than enough beach chairs umbrellas and towels for you to enjoy your stay! We loved it and will be back. Can’t say enough great things about this condo.
