  • Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Haven at North Beach is nestled in a quiet seaside neighborhood. The 3rd of 3 units, this studio sleeps 4. There is a patio and outdoor grill available. Enjoy the amazing Gulf of Mexico sunsets from the semi-private beach less than a block away. Leave the car behind and travel the Pinellas beaches and Gulf communities on the Jolley Trolley, or reserve a golf cart to be delivered by Happy`s Golf Carts.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT
    +The security deposit will not be charged but just put on hold and it will be released 14 days after your checkout if there is no damage claim during your stay.

Room was small and clean; Good for 1 or 2 people to stay. Close access to the beach, quiet and away from the busy center. No storage or closet space. Wasn't able to connect to the wifi and unclear on the deposit amount until the day of. Prices should be upfront if what is to be paid.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The property was not as advertised, with poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and a portable crib that was confirmed before arrival but not provided until the following morning. Most concerning, four adults witnessed a large rodent moving through the drop ceiling as we were staying in a converted garage unbeknownst to us. Our concerns were dismissed by property management instead of being addressed promptly. Communication was extremely unprofessional, and we felt our family’s health and safety were not taken seriously. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Would not rent this property again!

Blankets and comforter dirty, couch was unusable, kitchen sink was clogged,spent 2 day’s without water, main burner on stove did not work, no hairdryer, spent the last 4 days without a light on the bathroom ,broken clothes dryer, back yard filled with broken and unusable furniture, two queen beds squeezed into apartment!!!!! Was expecting much better for price paid. Not a good experience
