Great location where you can walk to beach, Caddy’s, John’s Pass. We had a great time and our 5 year old loved the heated pool! The unit we stayed in is small but we only have a family of 3\. Having access to the garage full of beach stuff, toys, etc. was convenient. Bring quarters if you want to do laundry. Only drawbacks are that the kitchen was sparsely appointed and windows don’t have screens so hard to keep windows open during cool nights without bugs coming inside. We were provided with information that allowed us to check in early with alternate plans to safely store luggage in the event that the property was not ready when we arrived. Everything was very clean. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental property. The location was in an excellent spot and walkable to many attractions, restaurants, and especially to the beach! The property felt very safe, and I would highly recommend staying here to friends and family. If we return to the area, I would consider staying in the cottages again. ##### Adriane T. Having the use of shared bikes was nice. Would suggest not counting on other items to be available if the other renters do not return after each use. A few notes were that dishwasher was broken and shower curtain and rod needs rethought to stop water hitting the wall which management was aware of the wall needing repair. Bunk room was tiny but expected from photo and fine for our needs. Very happy with overall experience for sure. ##### Kim N. Well appointed. Close to everything. Only gripe is re check in. Traveling from out of state and we arrived earlier than anticipated. It had been newly redone and everything felt new and fresh. It would be a great place for a family reunion as there were 4 units all sharing a pool and common space. We had family staying on the beach less than a mile away, so we didn't need easy access but it was a short walk to public beach access. The only issue we had was there were no dressers or drawers in the bedrooms. We were there for 8-nights and had to leave all our things in the suitcase. The property managers were very quick to respond to all of our requests and needs. We would definitely stay there again. One other quick note, is that some of the drawers had crumbs and the small appliances in the drawers didn't seem clean. Walk across the street to the beach and walk a few blocks south and you are at John's pass. Place is small but comfortable. As others have said the 2nd bedroom (bunkbeds) is smaller than imagined, but not a problem for us, it was only used for sleeping. The tub is deeper than I expected and I enjoyed a hot bath each night! We ate out each meal (so many great places in walking distance) so we didn't use the kitchen much, but it appeared to be stocked and had nice appliances. We didn't use the pool, fire pit, or any of the goodies in the storage garage. We wanted to use the paddle boards, but the gulf was rough during our stay and I couldn't figure out how to launch safely from the inlet at any of the open areas within walking distance. Drop off from seawall to water much too steep for us and no dock access. I didn't bother to contact management company, figured if there was a safe clear option it would of been outlined in the email of check in instructions and tips for the area.
