Wonderful location close to John’s Pass and right across the street from the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible. Super clean and updated unit that made for a relaxing weekend. Val is a great host and was available to answer any questions I had. He provides a lot of things you need for your stay including beach chairs, beach umbrella, restaurant suggestions, and a few snacks.... the nuts were yummy! There is a board next to the dishwasher that is busted and the rod that holds the current back by the door is loose and will probably break off soon. Again, these were really minor things.
