New slim a/c unit has been installed in the living room which provides heat & air. Second floor unit is in the back of the building so it is quiet but no elevator. Recently remodeled including professional decorating and high end furniture from stores such as Z Gallerie. Master includes a king bed, large closet and plenty of dressers/storage. Guest room has twin over full bunk bed and large dresser as well. Dunedin is a quaint little town full of shops and delicious restaurants. Saturday market, festivals, a marina and so much more! Location is excellent. This condo sits right downtown and there are MANY food and beverage options within walking distance - from casual coffee, to sushi to Waterfront Dining. The condo is lovely and feels much more like someone's home than a rental. Decor is tasteful and well appointed. There are stairs to get to the front door, so not handi-cap accessible. Despite being downtown the condo was quiet, possibly aided by the in-wall A/C units. This is a place I would rent again. Twenty minutes from Sand Key, 20 minutes from Tarpon and lots of great walking/running trails throughout the town. ##### Carolyn W.
