  • Top Rated Downtown Dunedin condo! Do you love downtown Dunedin? If so, be part of the downtown with this 2 bedroom apartment ON MAIN STREET above Sterling Wine store. New slim a/c unit has been installed in the living room which provides heat & air. Second floor unit is in the back of the building so it is quiet but no elevator. Recently remodeled including professional decorating and high end furniture from stores such as Z Gallerie. Master includes a king bed, large closet and plenty of dressers/storage. Guest room has twin over full bunk bed and large dresser as well. Dunedin is a quaint little town full of shops and delicious restaurants. Saturday market, festivals, a marina and so much more! The Pinellas Trail is a block away for traversing the county by bike or foot! Assigned parking space in adjacent lot. Utilities included. Inside washer & dryer (closet). Owner has FL real estate license. Able to be flexible with longer term rentals - please inquire! Weekly and monthly discounts apply (not in season).
