Great location, beautiful ocean views. This condo was everything it claimed to be. Spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture both indoors as well as the large balcony. An extra perk was having beach chairs, kids sand toys, floaties, umbrellas and beach towels provided in the condo. The mattresses were all very comfortable ( which is very important to us) and the master bedroom/en-suite was spacious with lots and lots of cabinet/ storage space. Everyone enjoyed their time swimming in the pool or in the warm Gulf. The pool area has ample amount of comfortable beach loungers to accommodate lots of people as well as shaded spaces when needed. The patio deck was a awesome looking out at the ocean and watching the sunsets. I liked how it wasn't so crowded on the beach for us. The condo was set up just right for us 6 adults. The location is perfect and easy to get around to different places-like John's Pass, St Petes, played mini golf just down the road from us. Restaurants were walking distance from us. Both sliding doors slide open to allow for indoor outdoor living. The swimming pool was heated to a nice temperature for winter swimming. The parking space is conveniently located near the pool and elevator. there are several beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, and sand toys in the condo. You won’t need to bring much to enjoy your stay. We had plenty of beach and bath towels. We loved our stay at Seaview 303! This condo was well-appointed with upscale furnishings, well-stocked kitchen and baths, and lots of beach chairs and other beach gear. Super clean and beautifully maintained condo, building, pool, and grounds. Our unit was 3rd floor, center of complex, with a fantastic view of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets! Within walking distance of several restaurants and only a 5 min drive to John's Pass, a boardwalk area with shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our host, Theresa, was very helpful and super informative and accommodating. The actual condo is redone tastefully and is very nice, but still comfortable. The furnishings are all comfortable especially the couches with the footrests. Every room had a fan available which for us was perfect. The condo had more kitchen items then we have ever experienced. Not to mention the pantry had left over paper plates, sandwich bags, dishwasher and laundry tablets which was super nice. On the counter Paula had left any and all information we might need and on the table by the main television she left a list of the television channels and trouble shooting information for the televisions. She truly thought of everything. I can tend to be OCD about cleanliness and this condo was spotless, top to bottom. As for the outside space........the balconys at SeaView are definitely the largest around, the view is second to none. We stay at a condo on the beach because we love the beach/Gulf. The balcony easily allowed all 7 of us to sit outside at the same time with plenty of room available. We saw several dolphins every single morning while sitting out there drinking our coffee.The pool area is wonderful. The pool was never crowded and the other guests were all respectful.I highly recommend staying at this condo. Paula responded to any inquiries I had immediately. She was a joy to deal with. We are beyond thankful and blessed to have stayed at this condo. ##### Krista A. I like that the kitchen was opened up by moving the part of the cabinets that nornaly stuck out to against the wall. Makes ot feel more open and larger. Lots of games and beach items in unit. Only recomendation would be room darkening curtains in the back bedrooms as they halway lights outside the rooms are very bright. ##### Nick D. The balcony was large with a perfect ocean view. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the furniture. The only complaints I have are pretty minor and keep in mind I did not contact anyone regarding this so it might have been taken care of, if I would have just inquired. There were extra pillows in the closets, which was wonderful but no extra pillow cases. Also there were only 2 bath towels in our bathroom and 2 in the other bathroom. I found it a little odd that no extra towels were provided, especially since we stayed for 3 weeks. Three of our children visited and my son had to use a beach towel as his bath towel. Again, I don't consider this major. Loved the location and we will come back again next year. ##### Jeanine H. Loved close the pool was to the beach. All of the passcodes to get into each door was a little annoying, but no a huge deal. We understand why they are there. Pool was cleaned every single morning which was great to see. Very family friendly. Loved that there was beach chairs/umbrellas available. ##### Molly S.
