The view is amazing, boats, kayaks, birds, all day. Sunset is spectacular. Thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. Moving in does require navigating a half flight of stairs with your luggage. The management team is outstanding and responded immediately to a non-urgent request. Then Angie came over and made sure everything was OK. Very professional and organized. There is a new AC, exotic wood flooring, expensive Hurricane Impact windows, updated lighting and designer window treatments in the Living Room and Master Bed room. The view off the balcony was amazing and we really enjoyed spending time outside right along the water. One other huge selling point is the pool, located just steps from the front door. Really nice with an opening in the outer fence allows you to sit facing the water unobstructed.
