The Seagate complex is one of the most sought-after well-maintained complexes in all of Indian Shores. This condo is meant for a relaxing beachfront vacation with its massive balcony boasting stunning unobstructed ocean views perfect for sunsets. The building is located on the beach and features an elevator so packing your gear and heading to the beach is a breeze. Take a dip in the ocean or head to the heated pool for a day of relaxation. Take a trip to this condo in Indian Shores for its powdery white sand, pristine clear gulf water and charming beach town feel. Every guest receives a copy of our local guide complimentary so you can visit like a local. Condo Features: 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathroom condo with oversized oceanfront balcony, association elevator and 2 reserved parking space. Coastal furniture and thoughtful guest amenities throughout make this condo the perfect home away from home for your beach vacation. This condo is perfect for guests that require 2 reserved parking spaces, a rarity on the beach! Master Bedroom – Enter the condo past the kitchen and all other bedrooms is the Master Bedroom with King mattress and flat screen TV. The master has a walkout to the balcony and oversized walk through closet takes you to the Ensuite bathroom. Second Bedroom – Two Queen Mattresses with Flatscreen TV and Ensuite walk in closet. Third Bedroom – Queen mattress with flatscreen TV. Hallway Bathroom – Off the hallway across the kitchen is a hallway bathroom. Kitchen –Fully outfitted with essential for cooking such as pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils, etc. The kitchen has a table seating 5 and 3 additional bar stools for the bonus breakfast bar. Living Room – Entering the condo down the hallway past the Kitchen you’ll notice the large oceanfront view of the gulf! The Living room has two sofas and two chairs plus a flat screen TV. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games and books for our guests! Laundry Room – Down the hallway to your left is the laundry room with private washer and dryer for guest use. Association Amenities - Heated Pool, BBQ Grill, Picnic Bench Additional Amenities: 2 reserved parking spaces Heated Pool Free private Wi-fi Flat screen TV's Private washer and dryer in unit Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers provided for guests. The beachfront property was also a huge draw. It did not disappoint! The heated pool came in handy for our toddler who was determined to swim despite the cooler temperatures during our stay. The condo was equipped with more than enough beach amenities and we added some sand toys to it when we left. There is even a cooler to use. The kitchen had everything we needed! The TVs were great and Roku was included on the living room TV. We could not get the DVD player to work as the cord needed was missing, but that wasn’t a huge deal. There were plenty of bathroom and beach towels. We loved the ability to wash and dry clothes as needed too. For those with toddlers, we brought one of those child inflatable beds for her and it fit perfectly in the master closet where she slept. The bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were comfortable! The balcony was lovely to enjoy coffee and drinks on. The owners are easy to communicate with. They left recommendations for local places. There aren’t a lot of breakfast choices, but we located a good one just down the road, The Reef. Delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed Crabby Bill’s. Perfect location, family friendly, clean, easy access to beach, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The condo was clean and comfy with a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset at the end of your day. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware/utensils for mostly anything. This particular unit is close enough to the stairs for easy trips up and down as needed, which was a great convenience for us. The pool is really nice and was never too busy during our stay so we always had room to play and relax. There are some great restaurants nearby which we enjoyed for our dinners. It's close enough to everything but not too busy/crowded. We accidentally left some items behind and Lindsey was really kind to coordinate with us so we could get them back. This property and the owners are A+; we would definitely stay again! ##### Dustin M. No kitchen sponge or any type of cleaning product provided to clean it. No replacement garbage bags.. Sand all over closet of 1 of the bedrooms where beach chairs stored. Umbrellas need replacing, all are broken and pretty useless. Pros: Excellent response form property managers. Sent cleaning lady back to clean up sand and left us a sponge and cleaner for microwave, told her we would clean ourselves. Located directly on the Gulf, our early November stay offered great weather for playing in the surf as well as swimming in the heated pool. The managers of the property, Lindsey & Gus, couldn’t be nicer or more pleasant to work with. The condo is clean and has most everything needed for a fun and relaxing beach retreat. First of all, it’s right on the water and you get full ocean views off of the balcony so watching the sunset was our favorite evening activity. My husband and I stayed at Lindsey’s condo for a quick, last minute babymoon & I’m so glad we did! The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked - between the kitchen & various items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas etc) we had everything we needed! The location + view was perfect.
