The condo is located on the second floor with a private, spiral staircase down to the pool. It features an expansive private terrace perfect for soaking in the beauty of white sand and warm breezes while having breakfast or watching the sunset. This floor plan features 2 primary bedrooms. The first primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, cozy sitting area, and its own private primary bath with a tub and a separate shower. The second primary bedroom has a queen bed and its own bath with a garden tub and separate shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with bathroom with shower. The living room is stunning with its 9'4" ceilings, a 60' flat screen TV, and all new furnishings that have been tastefully selected and well appointed. The kitchen has Quartz Counter tops, Wood Cabinets with Crown Molding, and Samsung Appliances and a Bosch dishwasher. Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional cost. Everything about the unit says come and stay awhile! This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30\. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days. At the beach parking is always scarce but the units come with 2 assigned covered parking space. Community amenities to include a heated Pool, Spa, gas grills, and is a gated community. This home is perfect for a "flexcation" - you can sit on one of the many balconies and work while the family frolics on the beach. IMPORTANT HOA NOTICE: YOUR RESERVATION MUST BE FINALIZED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. THE HOA REQUIRES A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK TO BE COMPLETED. $3000 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property. Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. Beautiful condo right on the beach with everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Very clean grounds with heated pool and hot tub. Has a dog park across the street for our fur baby.
