Make room for your whole group in Indian Shores. This bright four-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps up to ten and pairs an open living and dining area with a private covered balcony. Spend your days at nearby Gulf beaches, bring the provided beach gear and return to a full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and your own washer and dryer.

The condo accommodates up to ten guests. Towels and bed linens are provided.

BALCONY & SPACE TO GATHER
Enjoy coffee or an outdoor meal on the covered private balcony, with seating, a dining table and partial Gulf views between neighboring buildings. Inside, the living room, dining area and kitchen share an open layout with coastal colors and plenty of room to spend time together.

A FULL KITCHEN FOR GROUP MEALS
Prepare breakfast before the beach or dinner at home using the stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender and toaster. Cookware, dishes and utensils are provided. The dining table seats six, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar.

TWO BATHROOMS & IN-HOME LAUNDRY
The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and single vanity. The second bathroom has a single vanity with a separate shower/tub and toilet area. A private washer and dryer make beach-day laundry and longer stays easier. Air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans are available throughout.

BEACH GEAR INCLUDED
Beach towels, chairs, a cart, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. A Pack 'n Play is available on advance request, subject to availability. Basic starter supplies are provided for the beginning of your stay; additional necessities can be purchased nearby.

EXPLORE INDIAN SHORES
Enjoy the laid-back Gulf Boulevard setting, nearby beach access and local dining. Plan outings to Clearwater Beach, John's Pass Village or St. Petersburg, then return to your own coastal retreat. The balcony has partial views; neighboring buildings are part of the outlook.

PARKING & ARRIVAL
The condo is on the second floor. Two dedicated parking spaces are included for this unit; there is no additional guest parking on the property. Guests have private access to the condo, balcony and in-unit laundry. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Please review the house rules and arrival instructions before your stay.
