Our 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath oceanfront corner unit will welcome you from the moment you walk through the door. We continue to make many upgrades every year to our spacious 1525 sq. ft. unit by painting all rooms with relaxing colors and adding beautiful decorations. The large master bedroom has a king mattress and box springs. A 39” flat screen television has been mounted so you can watch television from your bed. Also, there is a beautifully upgraded on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen and one twin bed, both pillow-top mattresses. A 39” flat-screen television has also been installed in this room. You will find plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. In addition, a queen size murphy bed cabinet in located in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations. You will love the open plan of the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has been completely upgraded with all new floors and cabinets. Our living room has a 65" flat screen television, sectional furniture which fills the area nicely, and a queen size murphy bed cabinet for additional sleeping. Seating for six is available at the dining table, along with four breakfast bar stools facing the fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy the ocean view throughout these areas. An in-suite washer and dryer, linens, telephone service and free wireless Internet is provided. You can watch and listen to the waves wash over the white sand from our balcony. A patio table and seating for six, along with a lounge chair which is perfect for relaxing and watching dolphins play in the ocean or taking in one of Madeira Beach's majestic sunsets. A newly renovated large, heated pool, Jacuzzi and an Outside Grill is available for your use. Our assigned covered parking space is conveniently located near the lobby entrance and elevator. There are many shopping and restaurant opportunities nearby including the quaint Johns Pass Village offering shops, restaurants, and water sport rentals. Madeira Beach is thirty minutes from Busch Gardens and 90 minutes from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. Our family loves it, our friends love it, and we want you to love it too. It was clean and the furniture and kitchen appliances were in top notch condition. There was an abundance of dishes and silverware as well as coffee pot and keurig machine. There were many other appliances (crock pot blender etc.) The bathrooms were immaculate and fully tiled. The bedrooms were large and the mattresses were firm with plenty of pillows. The place was nice and clean. Lots of beach stuff so that was a bonus not having to buy our own. The blue chairs on the beach was nice to get from the “Beach Boys”. You pay them for the chair but was great to have those for my in laws. You couldn’t see the sun set real good on our deck but the view on the beach was spectacular. Regardless of seeing it set or not it was so relaxing sitting on the deck or taking my afternoon nap on the lounger. Communication was quick with the manager and with the owners. I’d highly recommend staying here. ##### Whitney E. Several restaurants either across the street or a very short walk. The property owners were very responsive when we ran into an issue right after checking in. It was resolved quickly and handled very well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, cups and cookware. As other reviews suggested, bring salt, pepper, etc if you plan to do any cooking. If we make it back to the Tampa area again, we will definitely check to see if this unit is available. ##### Jacinta H. The online pictures don’t do it justice. It is larger than appears online, spacious, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It really did feel like home. Our two sons (13 and 8) were very excited for the sand toys, skim boards & water toys found in the guest closet. The pool area is very nice and looks like it has been remodeled/new stonework laid recently. We did some hiking, took the kids on the pirates voyage cruise (highly recommend, it was a blast!), enjoyed the shops & restaurants at St John’s Pass, and of course chilled at the beach each day! The beaches here are stunning. This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast and we were blown away. We came with our children to celebrate a new baby due later this year. We had an amazing vacation and will be back to stay at Sharon’s condo next year! ##### Jennifer M. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for four adults. The pictures of the living room look crowded with couches on 2 walls but because of the condo size there is plenty of room. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants walkable. The location to the beach was down the elevator through the garage and you were on the beach. You had to be on the beach to see the sunset but well worth it. Dealing with Connie the property manager was flawless. She was great from first rental discussions till the day we left. Last time we were in Maderia Beach we stayed just down the beach and the bedrooms on the street side were very noisy with cars going up and down. At this condo we did not notice the car noises. About the only minor flaw was the TV remotes and how to get the TV's on. 2 TV remotes for each TV and you only need the Spectrum one. there should be written instructions for this. Tons of seating area. Just steps away from the beach which my kids really enjoyed finding large shells on the beach. Pool area was nice and we got lucky each day getting a spot under the tiki hut. Really enjoyed the restaurant across the street and just a short walk to other restaurants close by. John’s Pass was awesome and really enjoyed the shops/food. We stopped and bought fish to cook dinner there and did jet skis. I would stay at this condo again. ##### Amanda C.
