Seagate is one of the most sought-after well-maintained buildings in all of Indian Shores. Enjoy relaxing in the condo, lounging by the heated pool, or heading to the beach to enjoy the powdery white sands. Plus, the building elevator makes packing up your beach gear a breeze. We provide every guest with a copy of our local guide so you can check out all that Indian Shores has to offer and visit like a local! Condo Features: 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms oceanfront condo with oversized oceanfront balcony, bonus third bedroom front facing balcony and building elevator. Bright coastal furniture and thoughtful guest amenities throughout make this condo the perfect home away from home for your beach vacation. Primary Bedroom – King mattress, Flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom and private sliding door oceanfront balcony access. Second Bedroom – Two Queen mattresses, Flatscreen TV and an oversized walk-through closet and connected ensuite bathroom. Third Bedroom – Double/Full Size mattress, Flatscreen TV and sliding glass door access to the private front facing balcony. Hallway Bathroom – Off the hallway across from the kitchen is a hallway bathroom that is a jack and jill to the second bedroom. Kitchen – Updated kitchen with granite countertops, wine cooler, and fully stocked with cooking essentials for your convenience. Dining room table with seating for 6 with leaf and bonus breakfast bar seating. Living Room – Entering the condo down the hallway past the Kitchen you'll notice the large oceanfront view of the gulf! The Living room has a plush leather sofa, love seat and an oversized chair and a flat screen TV. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games and books for our guests! Laundry Room – Washer and Dryer in unit for guest convenience.
