It was clean and perfect for our stay. You can hear neighbors in the adjacent cottage but we weren't there for long periods of time. The fridge/freezer is small but we just planned on going to the store a couple times. The smoke alarm went off while making toast. Moved the toaster to the screen porch to resolve. Bed was nice. The couch wasn't very comfortable but again we weren't there most of the time. I would stay here again if we're back in the area. Overall 5 rating. Very clean and comforting. Awesome set up, very user friendly. Best parking available for residents on the beach. Highly recommend this cottage. The staff was responsive to any question or concern we had during our stay. The unit was everything we wanted, and nothing that we didn't.
