We checked into the condo and it was nice and clean. It had everything we needed right down to beach supplies and a cooler. The condo was wonderful; very clean, larger than we expected, and had everything we needed. We liked that there were a few restaurants close enough to walk to. The balcony does sit back some, but still had a good view of the water. Loved seeing dolphins most mornings while having our coffee on the balcony. ##### CAROL L. We had a great time at Las Brisas 308! The condo was just as pictured. Clean and plenty of kitchen utensils for us. The beach chairs and gear was much appreciated since we flew in. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. I loved the layout of the condo! Loved that the bedrooms were not right next to the kitchen and living space. We had a storm come through and knock out the power. We got a text from the owner giving us a time estimate. The power came back in very quickly too. Overall, a great stay! ##### Amanda S. Stayed 7 nights in Oct 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Chad T. 13 Aug 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great stay (despite the storm) The first couple days we were stuck inside due to tropical storm Debby, but even that was made easier with backup generator power and a bunch of board games and cards available in the condo. After that, we had great weather and a great time. The place is bigger than what you might expect. All the rooms are ample size. The view from the condo/balcony is exactly what you see in the pictures. Location is great. Several restaurants are within walking distance and it is a short drive to grocery stores and the John's Pass Village/boardwalk (which is about 1.5 miles down the beach if you enjoy long beach walks). I thought the beds were comfortable and there is also a pull out sofa in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals. Nothing bad to say really at all. If you want a nice condo right on the beach in a great location, this is a great place. We hope to come back again in the future. ##### Chad T. Nice ocean/pool view from the balcony, enjoyed the ocean breeze in the evening time, but no view of the sunset from the balcony due to the time of the year since the unit is set back in a corner and building next door blocked the view. But I still enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the beach! My family has been coming to Madeira/Treasure Island Beach for over 30 yrs. we love vacation here! Many activities for the entire family to enjoy! Water sports, fishing, shopping, bars and restaurant within walking distance. The only problem this year was parking. The complex has limited parking spaces per unit and no visitors’ parking. Public parking lots are available but very expensive and not many allowed overnight parking, the ones that do are super expensive. But will definitely recomendable this Beach Condo! There were several things about Las Brisas 308 that were better than expected: the price was less that most comparable beachfront condos; the condo is huge, the living room comfortably sat the whole family, the kitchen is large, the master bedroom is spacious; the view from the balcony was beautiful, even though you can see the side of two buildings (not a big deal); we used the beach chairs and sand toys, and would have used more beach stuff if the weather had cooperated. The location was excellent- very close to the causeway that led to Walmart (just a five minute drive) and practically any other store we needed. However, there was one major drawback, which greatly affected our experience: the bed in the master bedroom was so uncomfortable. My husband and I could feel the springs of the bed. Every time we moved, the bed creaked loudly, and on top of that, there was a plastic mattress protector that sounded like we were rolling around on a sheet of wrapping paper. By the fifth night, we couldn't take the pain and lack of sleep any more, so we switched places with our daughter; we slept on the couches and we made her sleep on our bed. I wish we would have done that after the first night, which would have made our stay much more enjoyable. ##### MRS. Well stocked kitchen and lot's of beach and pool toys. Beds were all comfortable as well.Only thing we didn't have was beach towels. ##### tammy m. Also...beach service was right where you walked on to the sand. Ate at some great restaurants...Middle Grounds...Salt Rock Grill...Gigi's Italian...Corner Cafe for and amazing breakfast.
