Unwind in a one-bedroom Bermuda Bay condo in St. Petersburg, with a king bed, full kitchen and in-unit laundry. Assigned parking is available with a mandatory $100 vehicle registration fee per car, per stay. Maximum occupancy is two guests. Community amenities are subject to availability.

* Amenities are controlled by the HOA and not us (e.g. pool) and so we cannot guarantee they will always be available (sometimes HOA closes for maintenance/cleaning). We do not issue refunds for amenity-related issues.

The Pinellas Trail is nearby for biking, jogging, or a scenic walk.

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program. You are covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance. It is a self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only, such as linens, towels, and wine glasses. Please relax and enjoy your stay, knowing minor mishaps are covered.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Noise and External Conditions: Please be aware that situations outside our control may occur. This includes construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties or units. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for any related disruptions.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and a guest requests return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left behind after checkout.
