This spacious, well-appointed 3rd-floor unit has delightful classic coastal décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!  
  
This unit was perfectly decorated by a professional interior designer, and it offers an updated fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops with bar stools, stainless steel appliances that includes microwave, dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets. It has everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Wood floors throughout, new bathroom offers single vanity and walk-in shower with glass door.  
• 65†smart TV in the living room and a 55†in the bedroom with user friendly interface and seamless connection your external devices and allow login to your accounts with:  
o Netflix  
o YouTube  
o Apple TV  
o And more  
• Blu-ray/DVD player  
• Bose Solo soundbar that has Bluetooth connection for your music playlist enjoyment  
• There are plenty of board and card games for your family entertainment
