I've stayed here for over 15 years and it's always exactly what I need. Excellent change of aesthetic from chain hotels. Perfectly walkable area for food, drink, entertainment and easily drivable to everything the Tampa Bay has to offer

Cute historic hotel. Furniture wasn’t new but bed was comfortable and room was spacious clean. No parking on site so add $20 give or take a day to park in a garage close by.

Parking and location was great. Expected with older hotels some problems. However it just seemed dirty and not well maintained. Staff was friendly and bed was at least clean. Bed was stiff as a board and impossible to sleep on however. Property definitely needs some improvement. But if you're looking for a short trip this will do.

The hotel has a great location. I will say that the number 1 feature is the location so close by the bay, restaurants and museums. It's a very old hotel needs more attention in the area of the building maintenance. There were mold in the bathrooms of my room. I inform the manager.

I've stayed at this place before and came back solely for the location. The elevator is extremely slow, the bathrooms are super small, not sure how an overweighted person would be able to use it. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. 1st night we could hear the guests in room beside us arguing because the front desk gave the key to a guest and they got into an occupied room. Very creepy. I understand that it's an old hotel, but it needs a badly make over. Didn't have bar soap either and they have toiletries in the bathroom such shower gel, but don't give you a wash cloth ... I wish this place could get some updates.

The architecture was really cool! It was nice to see the art deco designs still existing in the hotel. I had everything I needed in the hotel room, not too fancy. It was just right. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Saint Petersburg.

This property does not offer on-site parking which we had to pay $26 extra for a parking garage. Also, there’s only one elevator and it was built in the 1700s. Overall, my guest experience was satisfied definitely a prime location would’ve gave it four stars but the parking when having kids it’s a lot. Overall, the outside bars is a plus definitely not bad.

Property is a great location in downtown St. Petersburg. Great value if you just want an affordable place to stay downtown. Everything downtown is walkable. No parking on site but a public parking garage is close.

Ok hotel for the price and its location. Sheets are not so soft, no trash can in the room, the hotel can use some updating. The biggest thing is having to pay for garage parking ($10) every time you leave the parking, even if you come back 5 minutes later. I understand that the garage parking is not their property but this affects your stay because the actual hotel does not have parking. Won’t be back.
