Some beach access points may be temporarily closed, but the beach is still open and available for you to enjoy. After just one stay, The Point will be your vacation spot for life! This pet-friendly (see below) condo features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed with full ensuite bathroom that offers a bath tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and is adjacent to a full bath. Kick back and enjoy the open concept living room that opens to a large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your favorite meal and overlooks the large dining area/living rooms area. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for added convenience.. At the beach parking is always scarce but this unit comes with one assigned parking spot and one guest spot on a first come first serve basis. Looking for more than sun and sand, take the beach trolley north to Clearwater Beach or South to John's Pass to enjoy shopping and fabulous restaurants to choose from. Visit St. Petersburg where you will find museums like the world-renowned Dali Museum, theatres, music venues, The Florida Orchestra, and historical locations. Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails. Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property. Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing she noticed was that the beds in the back bedroom were really short!! She is 5'5" and her feet were nearly hanging off. My family enjoyed our week in this condo. Its a great location and only a few quick steps from the beach which is great for older family members. The condo also has beach chairs on the balcony for use! Which was an added plus. We had no issues with the room. It is located on the 4th floor which you can access from either elevator or stairs. It had a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony and bedrooms as well. Right across the street is the Salt Rock Grill. Me and my husband walked to the indian shores nature preserve from the condo as well which was very easy to do and not even half a mile away. They also have everything you need for cooking in the condo (pizza pans and so on). The beds were extremely conformtable and so was the living room pull out sofa. We didnt have any issues with neighbors. Everyone was nice a friendly. I highly recommend renting this condo for your family! We will definitely be back in the future. ##### Miranda M. The family wanted a few days of warm relaxation before the holidays. This property didn’t disappoint. The beach was amazing. You will need a rental car or expect to Uber. There isn’t many dining options within walking distance. We loved the Indian Shores Coffee shop across the street. It was a great trip! ##### Stacie F. We enjoyed sunset views every night from our balcony. The condo is perfectly appointed -we stayed for a month. Parking is easy, neighborhood is mostly quiet and superb coffee shop right across the street with the best breakfast sandwiches and muffins. Saw dolphins a lot in the early mornings. ##### lori s. The condo was great for our annual ladies trip!! Great view and super easy access to the beach! You are as close as you can get to the water!! We had everything we needed to cook. The washer/dryer are super small and took forever but worked. Condo was clean. It's a bummer that it doesnt have a pool or we would definitely be back!! ##### Diana H. Short walk to get stuff set up on the beach. This was a plus due to my husband's back issues and my mother being in her 80's. Several restaurants and shops within a 5-10 mile radius. Condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We have vacationed in the Indian Shores, treasure island area for several years now and would return to this complex again if its available. ##### Tina B. The best of all was the excellent communication with the owners who responded rapidly, were accessible by phone and when a minor problem developed they sent a handyman around within a few hours. We always enjoy our stay in Indian Shores. This condo was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The view was perfect. Parking spot was the best. The only problem was the beach chairs. The ones on the balcony were rusted and broken. If the rentor wants to reimburse the $65 we spent on new chairs( and left behind) we sure would appreciate it! Lol. It was super easy to book and check in. The condo was what you would expect for a beach condo. It was spacious, bright, and well stocked. However, it was not very clean upon our arrival. The floor looked and felt as if it had not been cleaned at all. The bathrooms could use some attention. For example the hooks for the shower curtain were rusty. ##### Yesenia R. Exceeded Expectations We have been renting beachside condos every March for 15 years and this unit was the first to have everything you could possibly need, especially beach chairs/umbrellas. Most condos do not offer this. Everything from the beds, kitchen pans and coffee maker, towels and starter soaps/cleaners were perfect. Again, it is rare that every condo rental gets all of this 100% right, but this place did! ##### Brian A. It was a bit of a pain to have to stop at a different location to pick up keys at check in. The view is amazing and apartment had everything we needed! Perfect weather and used the beach chairs every day. One drawback was the guy in lower balcony smoked all day and night so we smelled that on your balcony- gross! Would expect a VRBO to provide enough toilet paper for the amount of time we were staying, but we had to run oit and get our own on day 3\. Loved the view of sunset every night! Very clean and safe area. Would come back again! Thanks for a fun week! ##### Julie D. We had a fantastic time on the beach! Literally steps from the gorgeous and clean beach. The property was lovely and had everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were all very comfy! I might recommend a good wipe down of the baseboards and doors, but that’s just me being ocd and picky lol! The views were amazing and even better than the photos show. Our favorite thing to do was to sit on the fully furnished patio and listen to the waves crash (after the kids went to bed)! I would also love to see some beach towels at the property. We didn’t want to use the bath towels provided so we went and bought beach towels to use (we took them home with us). We did buy some kids sand toys and some great beach chairs and left at the property. The neighbors were nice and the building was perfectly located! We would def stay at this property again!!
