I really liked how clean they kept the place, the place really felt like a room as well. Very comfortable and roomy. Pool was warm and clean as well. Easy access to anything. Had toys and chairs for the beach which was also a very neat idea.

We are repeat guests; the rooms are always clean. While the property itself could use a little sprucing up, it is a fantastic place to stay for the price and convenient location to the beach! The staff is kind, attentive and helpful. Love the pool area!

Housekeeping was very attentive and the staff were helpful for our first time in Florida! Our room had everything we needed, a hairdryer, a microwave, two fridges, and we could get free water whenever we needed it! Also super close to the beach!

Hotel was good. Loved the idea of previous guests leaving beach accessories for new guests to use. Pool area was good and had lots of floats for the kids to use. room was good and clean, only thing we didn’t there was a bad smell by the fridge.

we been going to clearwater for years we have stayed in the expensive high rises and pelican point is better imo. same one min walk as you'd have with the "fancy" places. and easier acess to rooms and street as it is a smaller open layout. rooms all view the pool so our kids were able to play in the pool(they are old enough) and could see them from the balcony. in general can't beat the price for this spot. clean cute and right at the beach. would definitely recomend if you had little ones. or even if you didn't. o site parking that they don't charge 35-40 dollers a day hike the big places. no resort fees per day to pay. it really is the little things that keep this place our go to spot for clearwater.

I never write reviews but this hotel deserves a good one. It is an old hotel but they have it well maintained. The room was comfortable and very clean, loaded with all that necessary stuff for a good stay. The bed (king side) was comfortable and the futon was also good. The staff was very friendly. The beach is 3-5 minute walking distance. This hotel is a good option if you don’t want to pay for the luxury ones and still be close to the beach. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Great location and very quiet property. Staff are all superb, from the reception, maintenance and housekeeping. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly! New sun beds by the pool look great, the only thing I didn’t like were the bar height chairs and table combo that I noticed on the first floor. Horrible colour and tricky getting on and off of them. I hope they don’t replace the current chairs and tables on the other floors with these ugly ones.

This hotel had a lovely, clean room and the AC worked perfectly! The pool was a great temperature and clean as well. We also enjoyed the quietness of this hotel despite being in a tourist destination. Getting to the beach was easy and there was plenty of delicious restaurants around the hotel to enjoy.
