Welcome to your perfect vacation getaway! This recently updated (2023) 1 bedroom, 1 bath studio on Clearwater Beach is the ultimate retreat for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. With a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and luxurious king size bed, you'll feel right at home. An additional convertible 2 twin futons that convert to king size bed for an additional 2 people in sitting area, there's plenty of room for everyone. Relax on the balcony overlooking the community pool or take a short stroll to the beach just across the street. Book your stay now and experience paradise like never before!

-Minimum Rental age of 21 years old
-No Smoking
-No Parties or Events
-Check in time is 4:00pm EST, Check out is 10am EST. Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out at $25 per hour.
-For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list and identification verification
-Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
-Current HOA restriction for no pets (but check back soon as we hope to be able to host them soon, its up for board review!)
