Beach Walk Studio: Shared Heated Pool, Fishing Dock, Beach Gear & Free Parking

Walk two blocks to the beach, then unwind by Coral Resort’s shared heated waterfront pool. This 250-sq-ft corner studio for two has a full Murphy bed, kitchenette, walk-in shower and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the shared fishing dock, courtyard and grill, with beach gear provided and one free parking space included. Cafes and restaurants are nearby; paid shared laundry is on site. YOUR CORNER STUDIO
A private, 250-square-foot studio for up to two guests, on the Intracoastal side of the beach neighborhood. The full/double Murphy bed is set up before arrival. There is a sofa, a dining table for two, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Wi-Fi and a Roku TV. Use your own streaming accounts and sign out before departure.

COFFEE & SIMPLE MEALS
The kitchenette includes a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware and wine glasses. There is no full-size oven. Starter coffee and basic supplies are provided.

BATHROOM & LINENS
A private bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo and body soap are provided.

SHARED WATERFRONT AMENITIES
Enjoy Coral Resort’s shared heated outdoor pool, waterfront courtyard, grill and fishing dock. These amenities are shared with other resort guests and managed by the association. Fishing is allowed from the dock; boat docking is not allowed. Please observe quiet hours and keep shared areas clean.

BEACH DAYS & THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Gulf beach access is about two blocks away. Beach gear is available for guest use, and cafes, restaurants and shops are nearby. The resort is on the Intracoastal waterfront; this studio is not a beachfront rental.

PARKING & LAUNDRY
One free on-site parking space is included for one vehicle. Display the provided parking pass. Before the 4 PM check-in time, use nearby public paid parking rather than the resort lot.

Shared guest laundry is on site and accepts credit cards. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry; larger machines are $3 per wash and $3 per dry. There is no washer or dryer inside the studio.

IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in. A digital rental agreement, legal ID and verification selfie must be completed before arrival; these requirements cannot be completed in person. Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. No pets, smoking, parties or events.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
The existing property disclosure states that major construction and work causing significant noise have been completed, with some individual units, the association unit in Building AE and the pool bathroom in Building D still undergoing interior finish work during standard business hours. Work follows individual owners’ schedules, so its timing and impact can vary. Please review this construction disclosure when planning your stay.

STARTER SUPPLIES & TOWELS
Starter toiletries, paper products, coffee and towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days. Please purchase further consumables as needed. Paid shared laundry is available for refreshing towels and clothing; there is no in-unit laundry. Additional supplies and replacement towels for stays of five nights or longer may be requested, subject to availability. A Pack ’n Play must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

DAMAGE WAIVER & OUTSIDE CONDITIONS
Reservations include the Damage Waiver Program for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents, subject to the program’s terms. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance. Shared amenities may temporarily close for maintenance. Occasional pest sightings can occur despite routine treatment. Existing cancellation and compensation terms apply to weather, outside construction, utility interruptions and occasional pest sightings. Travel insurance is recommended during hurricane season.

NORMAL WEAR & RETURNED ITEMS
Minor cosmetic wear may be present in this regularly used vacation studio. Returned personal items incur a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping, as stated in the current house rules. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.
