This is a great updated one-bedroom, one-bath condo located mid-way down Madeira Beach, just across the street from the sandy beach and public beach access. Tropic Breezes #20 offers a quiet and convenient location while still being close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

A rental agreement with SunHost Resorts will be required before a reservation can be confirmed.

The condo features an updated kitchen with new cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The living area includes a large flat-panel TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The bedroom has two double beds and is located just off the updated bathroom, which includes a tub and shower combination. This condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests and is one of the best values for updated accommodations in Madeira Beach.

Guests can enjoy the heated pool and ample lounge space at this small and quiet 20-unit complex.

You can easily walk to local restaurants, pubs, and convenience stores. The property is approximately half a mile south of the supermarket, city center, library, and city parks. It is also located about one mile north of the popular John's Pass Village & Boardwalk.

Great spot for a relaxing stay

Loved the convenience of being a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and having a gas station next by. The condo was comfortable and exactly as advertised. It’s also within an hour of a few ballparks so it’s a good spot if you’re hoping to go to some Spring Training games

Second floor, back of the building so it’s off the main street and a bit quieter. Great balcony for watching sunsets, excellent value for the location and wonderful customer service. Place had everything I needed, too.
