Madeira Beach Yacht Club #159F - Please note that due to the 2024 hurricane season, there is construction at Madeira Beach Yacht Club as the ground floor units are repaired. Unit 159F is ready for guests but please remember that there will be construction on the property, per the Yacht Club's Board of Directors. The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse and the hot tub are not available.

Newly updated 1 bedroom 1 bath 430 sq ft. suite at waterfront gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Quiet second floor walkup with outdoor seating area outside the front door. Offers one queen bed in bedroom and double sleeper sofa in living area ( best for children ). All new flooring, updated full size bath, new solid surface kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. New range and refrigerator. New furnishings throughout. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen.

Free high speed internet and HD television. Please note there is no phone in this condo. Easy walk to beach. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $70, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach. Multiple fishing docks, adjacent to city park. Easy walk to supermarket, drug store, restaurants and bars. Property is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

This condo association requires the formality of application for approval at least 14 days prior to arrival along with $100 fee for every booking. This fee is non-refundable. Applications not completed by guest and returned to us within 4 days of booking, will result in the booking being cancelled. You will be required to complete this paperwork prior to confirmation of booking. This fee is included in your AirBnB pricing as well as for all other non-SunHost sites.

Approximately 2 miles north of John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Great place!!

Place was quite devastated from 2 x hurricanes but they are slowly rebuilding, even the workmen were friendly and polite! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the condo with complete kitchen and laundry. Great location with partial view of gulf and easy access to shopping. Late arrival and departure were handled well by SunHost (held my luggage at office after I checked out). The beach equipment was great. Downside: no cleaning items, no dish soap, no sponge, no paper towels. Only 1 small bar of hand soap in the bath. I would expect more for such a nice condo with full utilities. AC is above the bed and woke me everttime I heard it kick on throughout the night, but worth staying comfortable. Porch chair is cut and has a sharp point sticking up that I hit once. Could easily cut someone with rusty point. Other than the downside, I was very happy and would stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: Nice rental.Upon our arrival the condo had a smell that was giving us headaches but we went and got some Downy unstoppables and put under the air vent and that helped I think it was just no one had been there for awhile at least I hope that’s what it was.Liked the location to the grocery store, dollar store and beach. You might update that you state 1 mile walk to John’s Pass it’s actually almost 2 miles. You are close to the end of the strip but there was a lot still going on in the area and good food choices within walking distance which was nice. Was a little disappointed we did not have a grill I thought it stated you had use of one but our condo didn’t.Only thing I did not like is we never rent a car so it was a hassle getting the keys to the rental and returning the keys it would be nice to just have the code for entry and departure. We did get locked out of the entry gate but it was resolved quickly. Loved the beach equipment that was a huge plus. Everything you need for a beach day. There was only 2 of us so we ended up only taking the chairs but it has a little cooler section plus a huge zipped section for all your other needs and they can be worn as a backpack. Like usual a great trip. We have stayed on the strip for past 4 years and at a different locations and have been pleased with all of them. Thanks again. See you in 2024! Overall a nice condo and experience.

Great location, okay condo experience

Condo was nice, more updated than some. . But, Closest door was off hindge on one side. Couch had stain on its cover, blue blanket in closet had a big stain and toitet seat had dirty figer print on underside. They did not leave any cleaning supplies except some glass cleaner. I like to clean, so was disappointed. Asked for late checkout due to late flight but was denied. Waited at a friend at condos but cleaners did not come even 2 hours later.
