  • Everything is completely updated! This Luxury unit includes 1150 sq ft of the finest Indian Shores living space. Why stay in a hotel when you can have all of the private amenities of home. Wood plank tile throughout, the unit is very spacious and offers the convenience of 2 bedroom 2 baths. Located across from the beach, this tropical premier waterfront community includes a year round heated salt water pool, fishing pier, and barbeque grill area. Plenty of free private parking spaces offer the opportunity to have guests join you for a day of hassle free fun. Relax on your private balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard and catch some sun.

    The kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new glass cooktop, new microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. This unit comfortably sleeps 6. Awaiting you is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed, walk-in shower and plenty of room in the master walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a luxurious queen bed with separate closet. In the family area, you’ll find a and full size dream-sleeper leather sofa.

    Leave your quarters at home, there is a washer and dryer included in the unit! Flat screen TVs are included with Cable and wireless internet in living room and master bedroom. There s an iron, ironing board & hair dryer in the condo. Our objective is to make your stay hassle-free, so we provide all of the necessary linens, towels, and beach towels. We have everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach including beach chairs, a beach cart and a canopy.

    We also offer a one bedroom one and half bath unit in same complex if traveling with family or friends. Feel free to inquire if interested .

Great condo!

Amazing beach stay!

I don’t even want to write a review of how wonderful this condo is— it’s in the perfect location, clean and has all the beach amenities you would want/need. We have stayed twice here and each time was just as wonderful as we remembered. We will be back to stay again and again!

Great location

The condo highly exceeded our expectations. It was stocked with everything needed and was very clean. There is a fishing pier on the property and a short walk to the beach. Excellent! Would highly recommend.

Great condo!

This condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and selection of pantry items, linens and beds were comfy. A nice selection of beach stuff for the short walk across the street to the beach where we spent most days. This area is great for walking along the streets or on the beach, we love IRB and look forward to our stays here. Owner was very responsive with anything we needed, highly recommend.

Great Break

As pictured, only better in person! Enjoyed the balcony and view of the courtyard and pool. Plenty of space for the two of us, another chair would be nice if four adults are renting. I'm sure if it were a small family with kids, they would love the beanbag style chair. Couch and recliner were comfy. Would definitely stay again, hated to leave!!

Indian Shores

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo at Indian Shores. The property was clean and pretty with a nice pool. The condo was renovated and beautiful with a large kitchen island and nice size balcony. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The leather recliner was so comfy! There was all we needed for a day at the beach, including chairs, cooler, toys and a wagon. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again!

The condo was beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable. I cannot say enough about the condo and location. Tammy was a wonderful host, responded quickly. The condo was beyond our expectations. I read the reviews before I chose this location and they sold me and was as described. We loved the location with the inter-coastal on one side and ocean on the other. There are several entrances to get to the ocean, very close and convenient. The condo has a beautiful pool, shuffleboard, plenty of parking, fabulous dock to sit and relax. We saw dolphins in the ocean and the inter-coastal. Pelicans. So much to do in the area. I loved the bird sanctuary. Mahoffers was interesting, dinner at Salt Rock Grill was fabulous. This is a must stay. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent Condo

This condo met all of our needs from the min we walked in! It has the best location and just a hop skip and a jump to the beach. This condo is fully equipped with all of your needs from the kitchen/appliances to everything you need for the beach. I realize you could list all the things, but I wouldn’t have brought as much if I knew what was there. We drove from MI so I came prepared. When you think you need it, I bet they have it!! It’s a beautiful place!!

Clean, well stocked, close walk to beach Condo

My husband and our teenager daughter with another couple stayed in this condo for spring break. The pullout couch was surprisingly very comfortable for our daughter! Kitchen was well stocked for making meals. There was also a great sand cart, chairs and toys for the beach, which was a quick walk to. Property owner was quick to answer questions. Recommendations: Posting condo association rules and more washcloths (there were 3, so we purchased some).

Our vacation was amazing. The condo was exactly as advertised with a quick walk across the street to the beach. It was very quiet and offered everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated all of the beach supplies since we couldn’t bring them. Easy access to St. Pete and Clearwater for extra activities but a more peaceful relaxing place to call home. Tammy was very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay at another of Tammy”s properties any time.
