SPACIOUS BEACHFRONT CORNER CONDO WITH A GREAT VIEW OF THE GULF FROM THE VERY SPACIOUS BALCONY AND ALSO A VIEW OF THE INTRACOASTAL ALONG WITH GREAT DINING TABLES AND LOUNGERS AND HEATED POOL. THE UNIT IS 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS .THE CORNER LOCATION OFFERS MORE PRIVACY THAN OTHER UNITS IN THE BUILDING .THERE IS ALSO A GREAT TROLLEY THAT YOU CAN RIDE FROM CLEARWATER BEACH TO ST. PETERSBURG BEACH ALL DAY FOR $1.00 PER DAY. WE JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED ALL NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE WITH A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA AS WELL AND YOU LOOK DOWN FROM THE BALCONY AND YOU ARE LITERALLY RIGHT ON THE BEACH. WHEN YOU LOOK OUT AT THE BALCONY AND THE OCEAN FROM THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM, YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE ON A CRUISE SHIP. WE HAVE A 7 DAY MINIMUM STAY FOR MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND THE FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again. It was roomy and the kitchen was well stocked. That beach in front of the condo was great!

Good property, location is good. Be aware on busy beach days, public area right there, will be very busy. Overall good condo, easy to setup and deal with. If travelling with large or long vehicle may have parking challenges

Gem on the Gulf

Amazing stay in Indian Shores! We absolutely adored our time this last week soaking in the sun and spending our days on the beach just steps away. Clean, roomy, and all the amenities. We will be back! Thank you for such a special place for us to make memories!

Great Beach Vacation Stay

This property is great for a girls trip or small family. The property was clean and was true to the listing. The owners were very responsive prior to check in and had all of the items that you need for a beach vacation - chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. The direct access from the property to the beach was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

My family had a great time in this condo. The location was very good, and the corner view from the balcony was excellent. The beach was not too crowded and the condo complex was relatively quiet. The condo was clean and well equipped. Would stay again.

Perfect beachfront location

My sisters and I stayed here for our yearly beach trip. The condo was in a perfect location on the beach. We saw dolphins right from our balcony almost every morning. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfectly located on the beach and had a wonderful view. We missed the fact that there was not a washer and dryer in the condo, however there was one located on every floor of the building. It’s coin operated so take lots of quarters. The only negative for us was there wasn’t much storage in the closets as most were locked with owners personal belongings. We made it work and had a great time! Unit was spacious in the main living area. Kitchen was well-stocked.

Loved Our Stay

This is our second stay at this condo, and we loved it! Kitchen is fully stocked. King bed is comfy, and the master shower is gorgeous! Thank you again Mr. Gaudino for yoir hospitality. We already booked for next year!

Great condo and location

The condo was very clean and as listed. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was nice having beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, too bad the Florida weather wasn't the greatest. Having a crib was handy, other times we have had to rent one. The owner was great to communicate with, complex was clean and nice. We never used the pool because of the temperature but it looked good. We would stay again.

Beautiful views and comfortable stay

We made a quick decision for an extended stay in Tampa after a soccer tournament for our son. The owners were great, the condo was great, the views were fabulous. Lots of clean up (heavy equipment on the beach, crews at the complex) still happening from the hurricanes. We expected it, but would have been nice to hear that from the owners. Not going to hold it against them, because we still had a great time.

The unit is spacious and a panoramic view of the white sand and ocean waves greet you as you enter the condo. The kitchen has anything you could need for cooking. The furniture was quite comfortable. We spent a good bit of our time out on the balcony just watching and listening to the ocean. Security measures of the entire complex will make your stay safe and secure.

Nice unit

Nice unit, well appointed and clean. At end of hall so quiet as well. No problems with unit, but location being next to public parking made beach a bit busier than expected. Nice sand, rental chairs available also with umbrellas, close to restaurants and is overall a good getaway (though the hurricane cut ours short)

Relaxing Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! We took advantage of the beach chairs and coolers that were provided. There were essentials we were pleased to find which made our stay more enjoyable: dishwasher pods, soft soap, coffee filters, beach towels, paper towels, and extra toilet paper just to name a few. The washer and dryer were not in the unit, but conveniently located by the elevator and take quarters. The elevator and gate codes took a day to adjust to doing, but we loved the added security. We also loved that the parking spot was covered. The balcony was very spacious and the view was amazing! The beach was fantastic, got crowded during the day but we couldn’t tell it was because it still seemed quiet! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Being an end unit was an added bonus!

Enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed this condo. I see why it gets so many great reviews. I’m impressed with how much the condo provides. We packed everything we would personally need and go out to eat each day…and to be honest we are not used to properties we rent having everything we need…rare to see now days…but this condo actually did have everything we would have needed. The condo even had all you would need for the beach…coolers, water jug, multiple beach chairs and multiple umbrellas. Even had the little things like extra toilet paper :-). The location is great. Love the large balcony. This is a clean, comfortable, and well maintained condo. It’s very apparent that Steve cares about his guest and does what he can to make sure they have a positive experience. We usually won’t stay at the same place twice because we like a new experience each time, but I can see us staying here again someday.

Perfect Location on the Beach

Condo was absolutely beautiful with a view that was awesome. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our stay. The building itself is way overdue for some maintenance. Elevator was out of order for almost a whole day. Tried calling maintenance on duty at the building to fix washer and dryers that weren’t working but the 3rd party company that services the laundry machines never came out to fix the washer and dryers. Ceiling in parking ramp is littered with chipped paint and rust with various fixtures dangling down from ceiling. Overall a great stay just won’t be back till the building itself gets some TLC.

A great condo for a great getaway!

This condo is very nice and clean. We were surprised when we walked in and saw how spacious it is. Having windows on two sides of the unit makes the view even better. It was a little challenging to sleep in the bedroom with the two beds because the lights in the hallway must have just been replaced. They are very bright and shine into the bedroom at night. The paper with the old codes for the elevator, stairs, and pool access threw us off because we didn’t see the new codes that weren’t sent through email until after a few days. Indian Shores is a great place to stay if you don’t rent a car. There is a trolley that takes you down the strip from Clearwater to St. Pete beach. Indian Shores is more relaxed and less hectic than other beaches can be. We would definitely come back to this same condo. The condo has everything you will need for your stay. It was a lovely trip! Loved hearing the waves and being so close to the ocean. Made coffee every morning and enjoyed the beautiful view :)
