The house set up worked really well for us. We had three people there. You could easily have six. The views out the back were outstanding. We spent several mornings on the patio listening to the water and the birds. We did see some dolphins. It was very peaceful. It was easy to get to a Publix, Walmart, and downtown St. Petersburg, including The Pier. The host was very responsive to our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ##### Karen E. We were in town for a brief stay for 3 things: fishing, relaxing and checking out Eckerd College for our son. The campus in only 15 minutes away, and the rest of our time we enjoyed easy access to Fort Soto park for some beach time - beautiful spot! We also enjoyed just being at the house - the yard is lush and private. Our son fished off the dock, and we saw dolphins almost daily, but the highlight was a manatee swimming by one night! i brought my inflatable paddle board and had a nice time exploring the canal and the bay. Great spot! Private and close to everything! Owner was very responsive and informative. The master bedroom, living room kitchen and sitting area are great. The other side of the home with the den, laundry and 2 additional bedrooms is just okay. That side of the home is very hot compared to the main living area and some of it is outdated. The second bathroom is very small. The house was relatively well kept, functional, and contained most amenities travelers could need. Many of the bedroom closets and drawers were full of the owners items making it difficult to use bedroom space (we lived out of our suitcases for the entire stay.) ##### Ryan O. There was plenty of room for five of us to stay and also entertain a few others, as the sunroom was a wonderful place to gather. We loved being on the water and feel like we would have used the outdoor space a ton during cooler months. We saw dolphins nearly everyday of our stay! It was a little weird not being able to put toilet paper in the toilet, but we trained ourselves pretty quickly. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the place was clean. Communication was great, and we were even able to check in early. ##### Bauer F.
