Short walk across the street to beach access. We have dinner with friends near our condo. Our friends stay at same complex. The apartment itself was a decent size for four adults for 5 nights. However, it wasn't that clean. Floors were dirty, walking barefoot, your feet got filthy, white socks turned to black socks, the ensuite toilet ran all day and night. Both toilet seats are old and show plenty of wear. Showers not cleaned properly. Listed as two bedrooms, the smaller bedroom was more of a study/office, no window or closet. Listing stated that beach accessories would be available, only a couple of beach chairs were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The ceiling in the second bedroom is covered in mold, so we could not use the room and kept the door closed so we did not have to breathe it. One of the two rocking chairs in the main rooms was broken, so we could not use it. The toaster does not work, so we toasted bread in the oven. We happened to come when they were selling part of it to the marina, so no swimming pool, and there’s only 2 parking decks, had to move my car to the second deck, only to be locked out the rest of the time having to walk around the building to bottom floor just to be let in.
