Enjoy panoramic Intracoastal and pool views from Aura, Coral Resort C-5 in Clearwater Beach. This second-floor suite for two has a queen bed, full kitchen with dishwasher, Smart TVs and a walk-in tiled shower. Relax at the shared heated waterfront pool and dock, or walk to nearby Gulf beach access, restaurants and shops. One parking space is included with a displayed pass; shared laundry is available for a fee. This is a waterfront resort on the Intracoastal side. Primary guest must be 25+.

YOUR PRIVATE SUITE
A queen bed for two, full kitchen with dishwasher, Smart TVs and walk-in shower. Second-floor location with panoramic water and pool views. Linens, towels, starter toiletries and coffee are provided.

WATERFRONT RESORT & BEACH OUTINGS
Coral Resort is on the Intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. The Gulf beach is a short walk away. The heated waterfront pool, dock, courtyard and grill are shared with other guests. Shared amenities are managed by the resort and may close for maintenance.

PARKING & LAUNDRY
One vehicle and one parking space per reservation. Display the parking pass from your unit. Do not park on site before 4:00 PM; use nearby paid public parking for early arrivals. Shared laundry accepts credit cards: regular machines $2.50 per wash or dry; large machines $3.00 per wash or dry, subject to change. Pets are not permitted.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
The booking guest must be at least 25. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie must be completed online before arrival; this cannot be done in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete these requirements. The primary guest must be present at check-in under the HOA age policy.

Professional Cleaning: The unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each stay, following current protocols.
Ongoing Project: By booking, you acknowledge awareness of an ongoing project in the area and agree that its timing and impact may vary.
Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only (e.g., linens, towels, wine). This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.
The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Pack 'n Plays: Must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request at the time of booking to confirm.
Supplies & Towels: Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days; use the in-unit washer/dryer to refresh. For stays of 5+ nights, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.
Items Left Behind: Guests are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for returned items. We are not responsible for loss or damage to left items once guests depart.
Management: This unit is professionally managed by The Tampa Collection, a licensed third-party management company. We have no formal affiliation with the Coral Resort or control over shared amenities.
