Ideal vacation home!

As a native Floridian it’s hard to impress me with a beach condo, but this place did! It’s spacious, updated and clean. The location was close to everything a beach town has to offer with a short drive to Johns Pass and Clearwater Beach. The view was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful staycation

Great condo 3 BR- 2 bath

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Beautiful property and the cleanest and best stocked unit we have ever rented! Only thing was a hiccup with the entry code not working that was sent by VRBO. We were able to reach the mgr within 15 minutes to resolve and get in.

Great unit!

Everything you need for a beautiful beach stay, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella. Plenty of extra touches made it a special time for our group. Only downside is all the codes to remember, fortunately always a helpful neighbor.

Wonderful Vacation October 2022!

This property was perfect. We had all the comforts of home, very clean, organized, anything you could want in a kitchen Beach chairs and toys were available and perfect! The balcony was amazing with a table for outside dining and lounge chairs for relaxing. I will hopefully be staying at this location again next year for fall break!

This place has everything you could want and more! Gorgeous condo, breathtaking views, fully stocked with everything you need. Spent the week with my boyfriend, daughter and grandson and had the very best time. I will return!

Fantastic property with great beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was perfect, recent updates, plenty of amenities and details. 100 feet to the beach! Loved the setup with beach access, pool area, shower and restrooms near the pool. Was part of family reunion where our group rented 4 different units. Ours was definitely the nicest. Would definitely stay again.

Great family gathering spot

My family of 5 along with our in-laws really enjoyed our stay. Additional family members rented the unit above, both were lovely! The location is perfect with the heated pool, hot tub and several restaurants within a short walk. The unit itself was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We are already talking about returning next year with the same set up.

Beach getaway

We’ve rented quite a few properties through VRBO and have had many wonderful experiences. This property is by far at the top of the list. Great location with exquisite views and dolphin shows that were fun to watch. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything necessary for a great week. We will definitely want to rent again.

Amazing Beach Trip

The condo was perfect for our girls trip ( 6 of us). The condo was super clean and well appointed. It was conveniently located within walking distance to several places to eat and shops. The deck was awesome - great sunset views. Steps to the beach with chairs for our use. Definitely a pick for our next trip to Madiera Beach.

Clean and so comfortable

This was an extremely well equipped unit. Everything we needed and more. We even had a built in security system… the main sliding door was pretty hard to open so our grand children couldn’t open it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home. We ll be back!

Wonderful Family Trip

Nice location!Restaurants across the street.Coffee shop within walking distance.Overlooks the ocean.Large deck where we could all hang out that overlooked the pool and gulf.I would open my sliding glass door to the deck every morning and lay in bed hearing the ocean.Had beach toys for the grandkids and chairs for the grown ups.They supplied us with a pack and play.Condo was very clean and well supplied.Manage was very accommodating even giving us an extra parking place.We would definitely go there again!

Girls trip

The rental was great. We had a group of women come in from all over. Everyone was impressed with both the condo and beach. Nicely renovated. Having beach towels and a coffee pot was awesome. Kitchen was well equipped. Having restaurants across the street was also a plus.

Mothers Day at Madeira

Me and my adult daughters stayed over a long weekend and had a great time. Condo is exceptional. Very clean, everything in working order. Directly on the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners very responsive. We will certainly be back.

One of the Best!

Our family enjoyed everything about this condo and complex. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, well-stocked! We were happy to see the large variety of cookware, utensils, and crockpot; paper products, detergents, towels, etc. Patio furniture was comfy; we enjoyed morning coffee and beautiful sunsets here. On site staff were kind and always helpful. We’ll be back!

Amazing!

We have been visiting Seaview every year for the last 7 years. This unit at Seaview is definitely one of the most desirable in the building. The cleanliness is top notch along with the decor. The kitchen is fully stocked and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. The view from the top floor is second to none. Communication with Larry & Teresa was excellent. The location and amenities at Seaview can’t be beat.

Friends family vacation

Absolutely perfect condo for two families to rent. Clean perfect location to restaurants, bar, shopping but lost importance the beach. Never used the pool but beach is literally steps from the pool. Parking was covered with big oversized space. We all agreed 100% we will return and rent this exact condo. Thank You for a great experience
