Seaview #105 is a spacious first floor condo benefiting from an extra large balcony that looks directly over the recently renovated pool and spa and the beautiful beach. Watch the amazing sun sets from our extended balcony, complete with a full outdoor lounger set and patio furniture for outdoor eating and relaxation. Make sure to keep an eye out for dolphins as you relax on the balcony, as they frequently make their way down the shore! Seaview has a great off-site management company with a local representative who is on hand for all your needs, should any arise during your stay, as well as luggage trolleys to help with loading/ unloading, an elevator for ease of access, and a nearby private parking lot. The large open plan condo offers an open living room area with comfy reclining sofas, as well as a full dining room and kitchen that look out onto the large balcony area. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, complete with a brand new fridge, oven/ stove, microwave and Keurig. There is also an in unit washer and dryer for all your laundry needs during your stay. The lounge benefits from a 82 inch flat screen TV which allows you access your own streaming account via the in house Wifi to ensure you don't miss any of your favorite series or sports while you're on vacation. Both bedrooms are newly decorated. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a pull out twin ottoman, whilst the second bedroom offers two recently replaced full sized beds. Both bedrooms have new flat screen TVs. Bathroom one (Master en-suite) offers a walk in shower WC and twin basins, while bathroom two offers a Bath/Shower, WC and basin all recently installed. The outdoor pool deck has also been recently renovated, with a brand new full length pool and jacuzzi spa, as well as a tiki hut and communal barbecue for all of your grilling needs. There is a private access gate that allows condo guests and residents easy and private beach access, allowing you to freely gain access to the beautiful, white sand beach and warm gulf waters. There is also a downstairs bathroom exclusively for guests of the condominium, making it easy to stay out on the beach from sunrise to sunset and enjoy the sea views all day long. The condo building is just a short walk from John's Pass Village, our local outlet for shops and some great restaurants, seafood and steak restaurants. There is fishing and water sports just a trolley bus ride away( which picks up just outside the condo), or a short car ride. It Is also a beautiful walk along the beach. The condo also is stocked with pool and beach equipment, with comfortable beach chairs, pool toys, umbrellas and more to make the most of the white sand beach that's just a few yards away. If you are hiring a car, Madeira Beach is a short and scenic drive to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Seaworld Orlando or Walt Disney World. St Petersburg and Clearwater Beach are only a short drive away, with great dining, nightlife, shopping. and of course wonderful local beaches if you fancy a change from our fabulous Madeira Beach. The view from the large balcony was amazing! This unit had everything you could want on vacation. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools and appliances you could need. The beach chairs and equipment were very much appreciated and well stocked! I highly recommend staying here. The beach was very nice, pool and hot tub were immaculate. Walking distance to many restaurants and John’s Pass. It’s a well equipped kitchen as well. This condo is in incredible shape following the fall 2024 hurricanes and the beach is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Pool is heated. Honestly, this condo exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos showed, which is rare!! Unit was in impeccable condition with all updated fixtures and technology. The view from the balcony is second to none and the views of the sunset are absolutely unmatched. Everything you need for a nice day at the beach which was right out front! The area had nice seafood restaurants nearby and is very close to John’s Pass. We appreciated the fans, makeup mirror, cooler, great balcony furniture, and all the beach equipment you need. There were two beach chairs that sat a bit higher, which is great for us older beach lovers. The property grounds are well maintained. Our only disappointment was it is already booked for next year. Property was better than the photos. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The large ocean front deck has plenty of sunshine and amazing views of the beach and ocean. The surrounding building was clean and well cared for. Every morning the pool area was ready for guests to enjoy. Poolside lounge chairs were always available and the space was large enough for all guests to enjoy. Madeira Beach has plenty of great restaurants, some just right across the street from the condo. Grocery store and fun shops are also close. Nichola, the host, always responded quickly and was very accommodating. When we return to Madeira Beach we will definitely stay with Nichola. ##### Eric G. Communication with owner was good. Had some issues with check in and property management. Arrived early and had notified Seaview of our arrival several days before as we were hoping condo would be ready before 4\. I spoke with management who had us arriving a day later than what was booked. By the time they finished cleaning it was after 4pm before we were able to get into our room. I was accused several times of being in the condo by management but was never in condo. Overall communication with the management co was terrible. Connie told me she was going to give me a gift card to the candy kitchen which I never received. The door to the building had a code. The condo had another code. The gate from the pool area to the beach had a different code and was locked with additional padlock when pool area was closed. The pool gate was not always open in the morning, so we had to walk around the building to the public beach access entrance. I had to write the codes on a piece of paper that I had to make sure I took with me whenever I left the condo. I just can't remember like I use to. ##### Carrie R.
