The moment you step inside this spacious, bright home, you will find everything you need. The full kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, including microwave and coffeemaker while providing comfortable seating for up to seven people; four at kitchen table and three at the countertop bar. The cozy living area has a sectional couch, television and leads to the outdoor balcony complete with incredible beach views! There is no better place than sitting here, watching the sunset and enjoying your favorite beverage at the end of a fun filled day! Free Wifi. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking. Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. The beautifully decorated master bedroom contains a king sized bed, television and access to the outdoor balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, twin bed and television,. making this a perfect spot for children, or couple with a child. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. As always, every SunHost property has spotless bathrooms, and all are meticulously maintained. Washer and dryer, wireless internet, and long distance from the US to Canada are also provided. Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home. Of course, 204 Crimson is situated a short walk from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities and hot tub are here as well. Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. We did find other renters trash under the beds when checking to make sure we got all of our own stuff out (food wrappers, dirty socks, etc). Also noticed no fire extinguisher in unit. Something small would be nice since we did a lot of cooking. The unit itself was a great location and I appreciated the locks required to get in and out of the building. The appliances were very old, the laminate was coming off the countertops, the other units all had granite and were updated. Reviewer Comments: The view from the balcony was great. The condo could stand some upgrades and a deep cleaning, other wise it was great. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable but the bed in the 2nd bedroom squeaked and was uncomfortable according to those staying in that room. We loved that we could walk to near by Restaurants and shops and we went deep sea fishing with Hubbard's across the street at John's Pass, which was awesome. Over all we had a wonderful vacation. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was not updated at all. The countertop was peeling up in one area. The unit itself was not clean. There was mold in the bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets had stuff “running down” them, so they hadn’t been wiped down. The hall bathroom had two light bulbs that were burnt out. Our feet were black from walking around. The “required key” to get to the pool and beach is ridiculous and also a liability. If there was an emergency, and you didn’t have a key, someone could be really hurt or dead. ##### Stefanie P. Two years ago I reported that the beds were terrible and the spread is disgusting. The furniture is so old that when we sit on the couch, it collapses. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Madeira Beach. Our friends had already booked a unit and asked to join. The facility was nice and clean. Our unit was very outdated compared to our friends. Our toilets would barely flush upon our arrival. Then we had to call maintenance. They snaked it, and brought new towels. No housekeeping. It happened again one evening. No one could come that evening. We had to use our friends restroom and the smell of clogged toilets took over our entire unit! The plumber didn’t come till almost 3:00 the next day! He had to remove a toilet, still using a friends place for restroom and now showers. Once he replaced toilet no housekeeping ever came! There was poop in the floor and the smell was terrible. So for almost three days of our stay, the restrooms could not Be used. They apologized but that was it. Thank goodness we could use our friends facility that was on the same floor. ##### Teri F.
